  Ordered a diet limeade with a couple add ins. Confirmed the order verbally but did not add 2 of the 3 add ins I asked for.

  I wish I could give it no stars. We haven't come back to Sonic in over a year because the service is always horrible. We gave them one last chance tonight. Ordered online to try to speed things up. Waited an additional 30 minutes until I finally moved to the drive thru. Ice cream was melted, food was cold and my husband's burger smelled rotten. Not worth the $30. We won't be back

  Ordered online because every time we've tried to order in person they ignore us until we decide to leave. We sat in the parking lot for an extra 30 minutes after the online page said it would be done. Only to have our ice cream be melted and the hot food be cold and inedible.

  Definitely went here for my last time... Just ordered a double burger. Again just the burger. Get told a different total and told I ordered fries too. Total comes to nine and some change. Had a ten and get told to have a nice day.... Get home and it's just a bun and patty.
