I have 4 kids doing the program and each code had to be redeemed on a separate order over the phone. Then they required the kids to each come in for their personal pan pizza to be free. What were the codes for if not for free pizza? I couldn’t bring one of my kids because she wasn’t home yet from a visit with her grandma when we went to pick up the pizza and they charged us for the pizza she earned. I have 5 kids and bringing them all into Pizza Hut by myself is not fun or convenient. I’ll go to a different franchise in the future. I heard the one on 7800 S has a drive up window.

Instead of following basic instructions, they just dumped everything into one container like they couldn’t care less. It’s honestly ridiculous. This isn’t a complicated order, and there’s zero excuse for ignoring clear directions. It shows a complete lack of attention, effort, and respect for customers. If you can’t handle something this basic, what can you handle? I paid for my order expecting it to be done correctly, not thrown together carelessly like it didn’t matter. This kind of lazy service is exactly why people stop coming back. Do better—because this was unacceptable.
