  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a simple buy-one-get-one free wing order—TWO separate 6-piece wings—and somehow that was too complicated to get right. Instead of following basic instructions, they just dumped everything into one container like they couldn’t care less. It’s honestly ridiculous. This isn’t a complicated order, and there’s zero excuse for ignoring clear directions. It shows a complete lack of attention, effort, and respect for customers. If you can’t handle something this basic, what can you handle? I paid for my order expecting it to be done correctly, not thrown together carelessly like it didn’t matter. This kind of lazy service is exactly why people stop coming back. Do better—because this was unacceptable.

  Ive been getting pizza from here for a while, twice ive had hair on my pizza and just thought maybe it was mine but this last time the hair was literally inside the pizza. I had also asked that they did less sauce because they put way to much and they also forgot to do that.

  this isn't about this specific pizza hut but about the app. 1) the app wants me to create a new account even though I already have one 2) the chat says order date is optional but then says it required 3) i didn't need to chat about an order date so i shouldn't have had to put one or put whether it was pickup or delivery or dine in

  Pizza hut has really fallen off... this is a better location than most but they really fell down in quality over the years.
