When I brought up I was waiting, a snarky team lead said “ we have it right here, we’ll get to it when we get to it.” Horrible customer experience and the wait time, if you can’t get it done in a timely manner, change your pick up time frame. Learn some valuable customer experience and find a new job if you’re miserable
