- RMRich miller2 days ago1.0I ordered online for in store pick up at 6:15. The app said it wouldn't be ready until 7. I thought that was strange, but okay. When I got there, they said there was a software glitch and it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. Several other unhappy customers were having the same experience. I cancelled the order and drove 4 minutes to Little Ceasars and got the whole order at the drive-thru in about 90 seconds. Shame on you Dominos for making me eat that garbage!

Just ordered my pizza like 30 minutes ago and I show up to pick it up at the time it said it should be ready and the guy says it’s going to be another 20-25 minute wait. So almost an hour make time to get 1 singular pizza. I’ve been going to this dominoes for over a year and every time they mess up my order, forgot to put toppings on it and have an attitude with me even when I ask genuine questions about how my order was messed up. Also if you pay to have extra jalapeños or any other topping the skimp out on it every time. Even when I say hey I paid an extra $2 just for more jalapeños and they say that they put on extra which means like 4-5 extra slices of jalapeño. SUCH A JOKE. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

I ask for a managed and was told no, the manager should not be disturbed. 5:50PM still no pizza. Do your self a favor don’t order from Dominoes in Kaysville. Finally got the Pizza and to make it even better the delivery driver banged on my door not knocked banged. He literally shoved the pizza at me so the marinara sauce fell on the floor and he said that is a long way to carry a Pizza, a small hallway from the elevator to my door.

And when you call to see what the holdup is, expect to be informed that you should consider it a privilege to order with them. I'm serious when I say that I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Do yourself a favor and order from Pizza Hut!

Even though it’s in the same oven, other locations put it on a pan in the oven and use all separate tools. This location has a separate pizza cutter but a shared spatula/tray to get it out of the oven, which makes no sense since it’s all cross-contaminated anyway. If you have celiac disease and/or can’t eat gluten, don’t trust this location.
