  Very slow service. I ordered a beef n cheddar combo and had to wait 18 minutes for my order. They're focus was on the window and even then it was a slow time. When I went up there for my order around the 12 min mark they saw me and then put fries in the oil to cook. If you have plenty of time to kill for things that should already be ready to go this is the place for you. At least my fries were hot, but the sandwich wasn't.

  After multiple visits in hopes of redeeming themselves the same slow service follows. All I ordered was two classic roast beef sandwiches and waited 25 minutes in the drive. I would say it was busy but I was the only one in line and zero customers inside. This has the be the slowest fast food, I should’ve packed a lunch before ordering food. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

  Charge you $20 for a sandwich then magically you get a $5 sandwich you didn’t order. When you call to complain you get called a liar and apparently the manager is never there or can’t return a call. Will never be back. Horrible customer service, like you know good and well you didn’t make that $20 sandwich or give it to me when there are no other customers there. Ridiculous.

  I came as a DoorDash and the whole building is dark with no lights and the lobby was closed well before 10 PM and the service was horrible and the people working here even had to drive up locked. This place sucks

  We stopped by this location after an event today and the employees working tonight were not paying attention. Most of the order was fine, but we specifically asked for 2 large waters and no onions on one of the sandwiches. They gave us 2 small waters, and still put onions on the sandwich. We were able to get large waters, but didn't know about the sandwich until after we left. The food was good, the employees just need to pay attention more.
