  I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a slider. The slider was fine but my buffalo chicken sandwich was missing the chicken and had tomatoes on it.... Not sure what happened but I'll be going somewhere else for lunch

  Sat at the drive-through to place my order got no responses. I ended up just leaving. The sad part is there was nobody even ahead of me horrible service I mean, if there was any service at all

  Our order was not complete and several items were wrong. We ordered 2 drinks that were supposed to be unsweetened ice tea and we got coke instead. We also placed an order for a regular roast beef plus jalapeño poppers, got poppers plus fries that we didn't order, asked for an order of mozzarella sticks and didn't get them. All 6 orders of fries were cold and just uneatable.

  Ordered Diet Coke, but I got Root Beer 🤮🫤 Sandwich was good, love the bread (Turkey/Bacon/Ranch). Drive-thru

  Pulled up to the drive through and the voice was AI but sounded real saying I’ll be right with you (or something like that) and I said okay.. didn’t hear back from a REAL worker for several minutes and MY GOD people I was waiting over 25 minutes for 2 items with only 1 yes you read that right ONE car ahead of me and apparently they only have ONE WORKER working the counter and drive through. Took several more minutes with them goofing off and someone peaked around the CORNER and walked off?
