  Walked in and waited at the counter....no staff to be seen anywhere....after a few minutes we decided we'd leave and go to another local pizza place around the corner. As we got into our car, we noticed 3 staff members out the back taking a break! I understand that staff need a break but all at the same time leaving the restaurant unattended?

  The staff didn't notice us, so we couldn't place an order. We ordered via the website and took the pizza back to the hotel. The Pizza was ok!

  Overall 5 stars Rationale: - Pizza was delicious as usual - Seemed like very few staff were making it all happen (gotta give them credit) - When a small issues came up the young guy (curly hair, glasses, sorry didn't catch his name) came up with a solution, was incredibly kind about it and was very courteous and friendly

  My kids and me walked in and after 15 minutes of waiting my daughter walked to counter to ask for menus. The man behind counter ignored her. I went to counter and asked for menus and waiter said he didn't see us. We returned to our table and decided on the pizza but waited never came for order. After another 10 minutes my daughter went back to counter but waiter ignored her again. At this time I decided we should leave.
