  Edit: Went to Pizza Hut yesterday(mother’s day) and I said a personal pan and pointed to my child and he saw my child and was rude to me saying what size, a personal pan is always 4 slices (it wasn’t towards my child, he was rude to me asking what size of a pan when I said a small size pan for my child)

  Based on previous reviews, we had some concerns, but our experience was very positive. We enjoyed the pizza (Pepperoni Lover’s), and the staff was very attentive – even around 10:30 PM they made sure we had everything we needed. The waitress also kindly brought us a box for the leftover pizza on her own initiative when she noticed we were wrapping it in a napkin, which we really appreciated. We were glad to have a nice dinner after a long journey. For this type of fast food, it was absolutely good.

  This visit was challenging. Walked in, hostess gave us menus and we found a seat. Didn't tell us we had to order at the cash register. So we sat waiting for someone to take our order. Finally I went to her and said is someone going to take our order? She said what can I get you? Gave her my order she told me the amount of the bill and I questioned it. We realized she put bread sticks on the order. Had to wait for someone else to come fix the bill. They were out of both Regular and Diet Coke/Pepsi (Can't Remember) I could either get a bottle or get Mug Root Beer. Our pizza comes out and it is wrong. We ordered the Hawaiian Chicken pizza. I told the lady to put the chicken on half and all the rest of the toppings on the other half. So the chicken was on one half, but all of the other toppings were on the whole pie. My wife wasn't happy. She went up to order a personal pan with cheese. Manager asked what was wrong. She explained. He did give her the personal for free. It did come out but it wasn't a pan pizza but a hand tossed. We were thoroughly disappointed. We were trying to get some food we recognize from the only 3 major brands in the town of Kanab. We struck out with pizza hut.

  Just skip this place. It is a hot mess. I don't think the lady that was acting like a runner of food is not a waitress. She was a complete air ball. I am NOT sure why we tipped when we had to get up so many times to get things. Thank you to the gentleman behind the counter for making a cheese personal pan pizza after our pizza came out wrong. The personal pan pizza wasn't great in favor. Sorry to report. Again gratitude but for $50 things should be much better. I respectful say this is NOT a normal "Pizza Hut". Thank you.
