  Ordered pizza from Uber Eats and it kept saying preparing order for almost an hour, finally my husband went to the actual store to just pick it up because the app said it was ready, when he got there a man came out of the freezer shocked to see someone and said just a minute and went back into the freezer and then a few minutes later came back out with a women co worker and said to my husband they were doing “inventory” he was confused because he didn’t ask. Then they said they had no idea there was an order that came in which had been there for an hour and told him to go to the drive through. Needless to say I cancelled the order and did not get any pizza, but still got charged.

  One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The sausage tasted burnt and old. Scarce toppings also. And when I asked for crushed peppers and parmashan cheese, I was told it all cost extra! What, are you kidding me! Who does that? The whole place looked dirty and run down! Stay away from here and order from someplace else. DISGUSTING!

  Pizza and wings tasted amazing, fresh and hot took 10-15 min to receive my order, very quick and Andrew was very helpful he greeted us as soon as we came in and was very friendly and attentive!

  I waited very long and the foof tasted funny. To the point where I really didn't want to eat it had some weird taste to it that should not be in Pizza. Maybe one of the tools used touched other food, but it's still made a taste bad.

  I called after 7 pm. After a bad call with the call center, I went into the Kanab location, the manager was friendly, polite and he wanted to make things right. Our food was hot, made correctly, and made quickly. I do wish they had a different dinning room setup though.
