  I swear every time I go to this McDonald’s they mess my order up missing and item or specifications, I order some of the good crispy McNugget’s BUT .. when I got home no nuggets and the disappointment and some people may say oh that’s not bad it’s just food but when you are looking forward to something and fail to receive the good almost every time it’s disappointing .

  This place is absolutely filthy and is by far 1 of the worse McDonalds I've ever been too. The place was completely trashed with food and trash through the whole place. Not 1 clean table, trash cans over flowing and the bathroom....🤢 1 toilet was clogged and over flowing on the floor. I told an employee and he said, ok ill tell my manager. Then 3 employees went on break and the kid i told about the bathroom "mopped" the register area then just stood there waiting for people to come in. I will NEVER be going back here

  We ordered three hot chocolates and there was nothing chocolatey about them. Just hot water with some milk. I know hot chocolate isn't exactly in season right now but it doesn't take more than two seconds to rip open the packets of hot coco mix and put them in the cups. There was no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle like advertised either. I am severely disappointed!!

  I was ordering an iced tea at the drive-thru, but the young woman taking my order was laughing at me and pretending she couldn’t understand me. She kept asking, “Do you want ice cream?” and I said, “No! I want an iced tea.” She kept pretending not to understand me. And how do I know? Because I could hear her laughing with another worker who was there. I wasn’t the only one who heard it — my children heard it too. I ask the manager to teach the employees to respect customers. I simply said, “Can’t you hear me? Fine, cancel the order. I don’t want anything anymore.” And I had to drive to another McDonald’s.

  The “completely full fry” they gave me. Mind you this is supposed to be a large. Prices go up and their portions go down. This is frustrating.
