  About the same as any other McDonald's anywhere you go except that this location NEVER has their milk shake machine going. So if you're ever waxing nostalgic for a McDonald's shake and French fries....this is not the place.

  Waited for 30 minutes before I requested a refund, thankfully the floor manager gave me a refund and still let me have my food that showed up during the refund. While we waited we spoke with several people, one lady waited in the drive through for 45 minutes just to be given an incorrect order. While the crowd grew up front with people coming in with incorrect orders, and growing impatient waiting for their food, the several teen employees were chatting in the back, joking around with no sense of urgency. Once we returned back home and attempted to eat the food it all went straight to the trash. TERRIBLE FOOD! TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES! McDonald's should find a new Franchise Owner/GM for the sake of their brand, this location makes the whole company look bad. Take notes from the Sedona McDonald's, with the location it has the possibility to do great! UPDATE! GM returned my call about poor service.. at 1 am. Unprofessional through and through.

  45min plus wait including watching food on side for 10plus minutes. All other customers complaining with multiple getting refunds. Atrocious processing of orders. Felt sorry for the person in charge who said he'd done a 12hr shift with staff issues. Simply unacceptable.

  The fish sandwich was cold, the fries over salty they didn't give me the hot mustard and when we asked for it they rolled eyes at us and slammed it into my daughter's hand how horribly rude, don't think I'll eat here again
