  I was in Utah for a few days and Jimmy John's was walking distance from my hotel. The three young ladies there are very friendly and polite I enjoyed stopping in there

  I’m new to Utah — and to Jimmy John’s. A huge 5-Star shout-out to Matt for his professional, friendly, welcoming customer service. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer even though this is my first time in. The food was great (loved the freshness!) but it’s great customer service like Matt’s that will keep me coming back. Thanks!

  I am a regular at this JJ's location. The food is exactly what to would expect, but service is EXCEPTIONAL. I recently had questions about the sandwich that I ordered. They handled the request in a professional manner making me a loyal customer! Great to see this level of commitment to customers and very rare these days. Thanks JJ's!
