I had a little wait but she was so polite and trying. Some of the best customer service I had at a fast food place for awhile, thank you for being so and ending my rough day on a positive note! She deserves a raise. 💛

But, I do not recommend the morning staff the women in there working took their time to finally notice me, they were in the back chatting. Plus I ordered a carnitas burrito with pico and it looks like I got a beans and rice burrito.

- JMJanice Ann McSchefieldsAug 29, 20261.0How do I even commence to express such a downhill experience… 1) Manager is absolutely rude, not profesional, of very insulting demeanor and unapologetic. 2) I always order for my groups at the shortest one day ahead…my order was extremely late; which, caused my group’s schedule to collapse. 3) There is a clear language barrier in management 4) Kudos to the rest of the staff, they were very sweet and did their best to cure the very upsetting handling of my group’s order; all while their manager was oppose to making the matter better. I will word of mouth this management’s incompetence to all of my colleagues. Never again chipotle. Do better.
