- LMLola Mars4 days ago1.0Very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and when I got to the window, I paid for my food. The transaction showed as successfully charged on my phone. Right after that, their system apparently went completely down. Instead of giving me my food or properly resolving the payment issue, I was told to come inside and PAY AGAIN. When I went inside and showed that the charge had gone through on my account, I was still told that it “didn’t go through” on their end. I was not comfortable paying twice for the same order, especially when I could clearly see the charge on my account. I left without my food, and I was not given my money back or any real solution. I understand that systems can go down and that may be out of the employees’ control, but asking a customer to pay again when they can show they were already charged is unacceptable. This was handled very poorly and left me extremely upset.

I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, but she was super friendly, kind, and had such a great attitude. She made the whole experience really nice and provided amazing customer service.
