  Ordered online, like $50. This is the 2nd time this has happened. We live a couple towns over but accidentally clicked on the Herriman location so we went with it. Said they would deliver in 60-70 minutes. We said cool. Played one round of a game for like 10 mins and all of the sudden it said food delivered. What? Buttercup, that picture is NOT our front door. Our door doesn’t even look REMOTELY similar to that. My siblings and I drove around our literal entire neighbourhood to see where this pizza was delivered. That black door with a brown welcome mat did NOT exist in our neighbourhood. No more Pizza Hut dude. Even other locations have done this. I’m glad these guys have this many 1 star reviews already. Wild. Dominos is the GOAT

  I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was honestly one of the most disappointing Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had. The pizza had almost no flavor at all. The sauce tasted extremely watered down and didn’t taste like marinara whatsoever. It was so bland it barely tasted like anything. The breadsticks were even worse. They were so dry and hard they felt more like croutons than breadsticks, which was surprising because breadsticks used to be my favorite thing about Pizza Hut. The only good part of the order was the wings, which were actually pretty decent. Another thing that’s frustrating is that even when you order directly through Pizza Hut, your food gets delivered by DoorDash instead of an actual Pizza Hut employee. It just doesn’t feel like the same experience anymore. I remember when Pizza Hut used to be one of my favorite places to order from. Unfortunately, this visit really made me miss the way things used to be.

  Wow, Pizza Hut really outdid themselves. I was feeling nostalgic so I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks and apparently paid extra for the leftovers experience. The pizza was cold, like it had already been on a scenic tour of the city, and the “stuffed” crust was more of a suggestion than a feature. The breadsticks? Stale enough to qualify as croutons. Truly impressive how something so simple can be done so badly. Just take your money down the road and go ANYWHERE else. Thanks for the reminder of why I won’t be ordering again.
