  Ordered lunch here today. Ordered a large, paid for a large, got to the window, and the lady working gave me a medium and refused to give me my large drink or large fries even though I have a copy of my receipt stating that I ordered and paid for a large…. Simple mistake, but the lady was EXTREMELY rude and would not admit she was in the wrong...Even with the receipt in hand sitting at the drive through window. That is a huge customer service issue, especially when there is proof of receipt when going through the drive-through and I haven't left. This same worker seems to be a constant issue and has posted all over the local Facebook pages due to constant customer service complaints. Don’t ask me to upgrade my meal if you’re not going to give me the upgrade but charge me for it.
