I will never again suggest to meet up with family at the Hub because of the catty and poor service from their spanish speaking waitresses. The waitress (Ida) had no care in our service, we had to ask for refills and extra plates twice, we asked for a well done bacon cheeseburger with yellow cheese and got a raw/pink burger, by the time we got the burger fixed our whole table was done eating and the burger had white cheese and no bacon, we tried to tell the waitress it was missing bacon and inquired about the cheese change and she chose to argue and tell us we were wrong we didn't get bacon and the cheese was right, as if we didn't know what we ordered or what the first burger looked like. I thought perhaps the language barrier was the issue so as a kid of Mexican immigrants I began to clarify the order in Spanish and she got offended and told me not to speak to her like that. She left angry but the minute I took my first bite she popped up at my side and in spanish began to tell me she didn't want to argue but the cheese is white, I asked her to please let me eat in peace and she stood there for another few awkward seconds staring at me as I held my burger in mid air with a mouthful of food. I thought everything was fine and than I heard her at the bar literally 5 feet to the right of our table gossiping loudly about me and pointing with another waitress in spanish. I said please don't speak about me I'm still here and I can hear you but they looked at me and ignored me continuing on with their discussion about the menu and the colors of the cheese and how rude I was. I thought it was over but a few minutes later as I was chatting with my family member who was sitting closer to the bar than I was I happened to look towards the bar and locked eyes with that second waitress who was furiously shooting daggers at me with her eyes. I asked her if I could help her with something and she ignored me. I walked up to the english speaking staff to raise my complaints about the waitresses and both waitresses (one after the other) came to interrupt me saying No No No as they loudly talked over me and denied everything in english. When that didn't work they tried to speak in Spanish (still speaking over me). I was not interested in arguing with them about their menu items I just wanted a nice meal with my family as we traveled 2 hours to meet at the Hub for lunch. Like I said I won't be going back as their entire spanish speaking staff proceded to shoot daggers at me with their eyes for the remainder of our meal. This is not the Hub I knew from a few months ago and as a Mexican American I am beyond embarrassed to see my people behave this way at their jobs.

We grabbed takeout here a few times while staying in the hotel across the street. The breakfast sandwiches were great and the food was ready fast.

We had both breakfast and dinner here and both were great! Portions are large, good quality and great service. Wish I could remember our waitress’s name as we had her both times we visited. The Bloody Mary was like a meal in itself, my filet was delicious and my husband’s brisket was awesome. For breakfast the waffles and French toast portions were big and plenty of berries and whipped cream. If we lived nearby we would be regular patrons!

Probably the worst breakfast I have ever had! I ordered 3 poached eggs medium and they were hard. I sent them back and I got 2 that were barely cooked and on top of that the hash browns were hard and cold. The waitress then came back with an additional egg that was barely cooked again and the white was runny and the hash browns were raw and barely cooked. I didn’t t eat any of it at this point and the waitress brought me a check and I paid it anyway because it wasn’t her fault but she didn’t say anything to me about seeing that I left everything. Needless to say, I won’t be back and I feel sorry for anyone else that eats here! It was horrible!!!!
