- EJEmily JOct 1, 20265.0This was the friendliest Jimmy John’s we’ve ever visited. The food was standard Jimmy John’s (so delicious) but the service was above and beyond! Also, take a bathroom break for some extra humor.
- RWReef WandererSep 26, 20261.0I placed an order an hour ago (almost to the minute. It is 1:55p and I ordered at 12:59). There is no order tracker for this store, no way to tell if your order was received let alone made or out for delivery. I called the store and was put on hold... For over 5 minutes on hold. While waiting, I receive a text saying that an Uber has been ordered to deliver my food... And it will arrive in ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES. I can't even cancel because no one will pick up the phone. Update: I called again and cancelled. The gentleman apologized and said he cancelled and I would receive a refund (time will tell). He stated I would probably still receive my order because it's already in the system. Well, my jimmy John's just arrived, at 3:27pm. 2 and a half hours later. One text said "this order is taking longer than expected, latest delivery time is 2:50" and it still came 30 minutes after that. I cooked for myself and already ate. And now I'm the proud owner of a 2 hour old sandwich (that is missing any of the things I added to it. You can't make this up). The owners of this branch need to do better. This is unreal. If at any point it said an expected delivery time, that would have been great.
