    I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location after yesterday’s event. I just moved here and have only come to this location a few times and the people have been very good until yesterday. When I pulled up the girl who was taking my order with the tablet said she accidentally hit cash so I’d have to pay at the window, which was fine since I’ve done it before with the card reader that they hand you. I waited a few minutes for the girl at the window to stop chatting with the person in their car at the window..I had somebody in front of me and a few others now coming in behind me and she just kept talking like she didn’t care there was a line. Minutes go by and when I got to the window she took my card instead of using the card reader where we can tap and select a tip or not..which I thought was weird. She said it was $7.33, took my card into the window out of view then brought it back to me. After I drove off my account on my phone notified me of the authorization amount which was $8.33 and I didn’t add a tip... I called the headquarters number and was able to get in touch with somebody who looked up the transaction and said the person at the window ran my card, then voided it then ran it again with a $1 tip added. I was never even given the option to add a tip since she took my card into the window and never asked if I wanted to add one. I am not happy about this and who knows how many people they have done this to who never noticed. I wouldn’t have if my phone didn’t alert me of the price right after. It’s not even that it was $1, it could have been 20 cents…adding a tip onto somebody’s card without approval is stealing…it’s WRONG and gross behavior. I’ll never again let anybody else take my card through the window and probably won’t come back to this location for a long time if not at all which is sad because I frequent Dutch bros A-LOT, and was so excited to finally have one in my town. Do better! Don’t steal!

    The crew at this location has an uncanny ability to tell when it’s been one of those days. Lily and Hyrum somehow know exactly when I need a little extra kindness, a laugh, or just someone to treat me like a human before I head back to taking care of everyone else. Des and Danny have been awesome additions too. They bring great energy and fit right in.

    I was in the line to order and someone sidetracked the lady taking orders and a huge group of girls pulled up to her and she just forgot I was there. Needless to say but I will, they will NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS! YOU WERE OBVIOUSLY A MANAGER AND COULDN'T PULL YOUR HEAD OUT!
