  so slow and used so many excuses for being slow like “there’s only 2 of us” which was said last time i was here. I work in customer service and i never act like this. im 18, these workers are like 40. stop acting picked on. they didnt read our online order properly i watched them make it. also insulting each other to customers. they both looked miserable and like they have a gun to their head to work here, quit if you hate it sm!

  been coming here for a while & after a long break, suzie still remembered me and my order by heart! she is wonderful at what she does & i love going to this location for her specifically!

  I’ll be surprised if you’re open in 6 months. How hard is it to check your order counter and let your help know a customer is waiting. One employee was more engaged interviewing a potential hire rather than tell the back staff I was waiting. After standing there for minimum 3 minutes or even an acknowledgement I left the premise. Good service is hard to find and good help even harder. Subway needs to focus more on the five foot rule with customers and less on the price of their 5-7 dollar foot longs.A simple hello we’ll be right with you would be nice even from the the person conducting an interview but that would have required a 5 second interruption with her candidate. If your goal is poor customer service you’ve got the right people working for you. Is it any wonder why Subway is going out of business and why many locations are closing or will soon?
