  Fito went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. The food was fresh and delicious, but it was Fito’s kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude that made the experience memorable. Arby’s is fortunate to have an employee like Fito. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Honestly, this was my first time having Arby's. We were traveling through town and there weren't other options. I ordered the box combo and the guy in glasses groans and slams his hands on the cash register. I asked if I did something wrong and he just said that it's a universal thing but all employees hate making the box combo. So I told him I'll order something else, I just didn't want that anymore at this point. Food was good. Maybe leave a note on the menu letting us know that your employees don't like us ordering that combo if you're going to have it on the menu. Don't think I'll ever have Arby's again. One and done.

  One of the few fast food choices in the area. Right inside Loves, so it's convenient while gassing up.

  Two orders, one was not correct. It was WRITTEN on a cell phone owned by my granddaughter and she is deaf. The cashier DID NOT type it in on a phone. Point being, the order was clearly written by my granddaughter and the order still came through incorrect.
