Philip the goat employee, checked on us, great fast service. Chicken was a little undercooked.

TLDR dont waste your time just go to the Maverick Worst fast food experience I've ever had. My wife and I decided to stop here instead of the usual maverick pizza and it seems like that was the worst choice we could make. We pulled into the drive thru and the automated greeting started and then nothing after. I started to order and the guy on the mic told me to wait. We then sat in line at the speaker for 5-7 minutes before taking our order. I had to repeat multiple times "just the sandwich" for my wife's order and they still gave us a meal. I got a single instead of a double after waiting for another 10-15 minutes at the window. I heard who I assume was the manager, quite rudely, tell other people at the drive thru that he was with another customer and then not even acknowledge us. This was the longest and worst fast food experience I've ever had.

Très bons sandwichs, bonne découverte pour nous touristes français. Service sympathique. Préparation des sandwich à la demande un peu longue.

I visited this location around 9:45 AM on Wednesday the 29th. To give credit where it's due, my food order was accurate and served hot. However, the machine had no ice for my drink, and the overall customer service was deeply disappointing. As someone with extensive experience in customer service and fast food, I don't expect over-the-top hospitality, but basic professionalism goes a long way. The restaurant was completely empty, yet the staff seemed visibly annoyed by my presence while chatting among themselves. Despite my making a point to be polite saying "please," "thank you," and wishing them a good day I didn't receive a single word of acknowledgement or courtesy in return. A basic level of respect and effort shouldn't depend on how staff feel that morning, especially when a customer is being polite.

Where should I start? I went to the restaurant at about 12:30 today, and there was one large group already eating. I waited about five minutes to be waited on, and finally someone came to take my order. There was no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. She gave me the drink cups, but there was no ice in the machine. I reported this to the employee, and she said, “It is a hot day, and everyone is taking the ice.” What? When the food came, it was fine, but there were no cups for the Arby’s sauce and no napkins, so my husband told the employee. I watched while several other guests were not told that there was no ice and were charged for a drink. Right as we were leaving, there was a family of 6 all holding their cups, standing at the counter, asking the manager for ice; apparently, there is ice for drive-thru patrons. The manager filled the cups 1/3 with ice, and then I approached the counter. I told him, "You should let people know there isn't ice before you charge for a drink." He said he didn't know the ice machine wasn't on. think he did know, or the machine was broken; either way, they shouldn't charge for drinks with no ice. Did the manager offer to return my money, or get me a glass with ice? NO, he did not. He ignored me and said he was busy. His name is Alex, and he needs more training. Every employee in there needs training. A drink with syrup and ice costs pennies. I drive through Utah several times a month and stop at that particular Arby’s. Not anymore. Please save your AI reply, Arby’s. I will be contacting corporate.
