We waited in line, mixed inside and drive through, for 45 minutes and we finally got to the drive through order area the asked us to wait one moment. After 10 minutes we drove away without ordering.

I came to Arby’s with my family on Labor Day, September 7, while we were heading home from traveling for Labor Day weekend. We decided to sit down and eat, and we had a really good experience! The lady working the front counter was amazing. She had bluish hair and looked like she was probably in her teens, although I’m not completely sure. She was super helpful and friendly, and she made our experience really nice. Even though the restaurant was busy, our food came out pretty quickly and everything was great. Definitely had a good experience here!

They were extremely busy in a holiday weekend but we got in and out with hot food and friendly service.

Visited Arby’s on 9/4. The drive through was crazy busy and the line went to the door and stayed that way during the duration of our stay. They Didn’t seem to have a lot of staff on but despite the rush the team worked efficiently and the food came out insanely fast! Customer service was fantastic & food was still amazing.
