  I lived three blocks away, and I consistently have problems getting orders to me. This last time it has been an hour and the app said it was delivered and when I called in, they had no idea what was going on and said they would have to remake my orders and I would have to wait for the delivery guy to come back and then give me an estimate on when it could be delivered. I’m deleting the app and not using these guys again.

  I was door dashing tonight and I got an order to pick up from Papa John's, I was 10-15 mins away. I got there to pick up the order (10:20pm, 5/14/26) and the female worker with black hair jumps out of her boyfriends car and runs in, and tell me she hasnt started it and its going to be another 20 mins! No uniform showing she works there or anything. You're kidding me, right? Its a no for me. Never going there as a customer in the future.. imagine I was picking up for my own family, and the worker jumps out of her boyfriends car and starts working on the order .. no gloves no hand washing ... after hanging out late night in her boyfriends car. No.

  I can't really recommend the new sandwiches. Yes I got the Philly with no onions or peppers but why no Philly meat? Like barely any! Very poor.

  They were very busy the guy working the front I think his name is Kayden was running around in all positions really being a team player and taking care of the front

  It’s hard to find excellent customer service at a pizza place. These guys are super friendly and accommodating. Pizza was hot and fresh. Thanks!
