  Every time I go there the service is horrible! They are always out of what you want, pies, and ice cream in particular. The fries are usually cold. It’s been that way for years. I feel the owners or management just don't seem to care.

  Sadly we were unable to catch his name but the person who helped us right before close on Friday night was extremely helpful and a super nice guy

  I ordered online from across the street and go to pick it up and BOTH DOORS ARE LOCKED. I specifically entered the “come inside and pick it up” option and they WERE NOT CLOSED. Someone was inside working and wasn’t paying any attention. I quite literally had to ask someone in the drive thru to get my food for me. ZERO stars if it was an option. Any other time I come here the food is hours old and disgusting, and you’re treated with disrespect if you try to ask for fresh food. At one point I was convinced they got disinfectant on my fries while cleaning the countertops (if they even do that) because they tasted like cleaning spray. Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life.

  Black hair always in half up half down, huge fake eyelashes, always gives attitude, rolls eyes and is very rude and makes the experience very uncomfortable, she seems to hate her job and helping anyone. Puts your order in wrong and then lies about doing it wrong, and acts like it's your fault. Hopefully something is done about her attitude, if not that really sucks. I will refuse help from her next time.
