  I waiting at the box to say i had a mobile order, then 5 minutes inside and longer in line to get to the window to get my food, was late getting my daughter and overall a bad experience, pull cars forward to get others their food and have some customer service im beyond mad

  The food is always great, but by the time you get it you could drive to the Nephi Arby's, order, get your food, and drive back. Like it takes comically long to get your food. I ordered on the app so it would be done for pick up. Got there 15 minutes after the time it said it would be finished and they still had me pull ahead and wait another 10 minutes for "fries to finish being made" for a fast food joint, you'd think they could take less than 25 minutes to make fries...

  This is the worst Arby's we've ever eaten at. We've given it so many tries. Wait times are always ridiculous and the quality doesn't make up for it. The roast beef is way too thick and the fries are always old or overcooked. My roast beef sandwhich was inedible tonight, my bun fell apart bc it was so soggy. We will continue to eat at other locations bc it's our favorite, but this one repeatedly disappoints.

  Got the French dip. The broth tasted weak and not a good beesteaming in the flavor. The meat didn't look like meat and the bun was soft from being in the bag. Not impressive.
