  I've been a Papa John's loyalist for over 20 years, but the last 3 years they have gone down hill. Their cheese sticks used to be puffy and ridiculously delicious... these are flat and rubbery. It's so stickin' disappointing.

  Second time I have an issue here , first time was me picking up some pizzas, I had to wait for a long time and nobody care about the order, today my husband went to get pizzas and had to deal with the worse manager ever , this person was rude and extremely disrespectful to my husband. Refused to give him a refund after he was waiting for over 40 min and told him he didn’t want the pizzas anymore, and then he offered to call the cops and kick him out of the store. And after all this he kept calling my husband names… I couldn’t believe it until he showed me a recording he made during the altercation.

  App said my pizza was ready @7:55 pm showed up @7:58, they kept saying fe le minutes at 8:25 I asked to speak to a manager and when he comes out he said, "do you have a problem dude" which i said do not call me dude and requested a refund, he told me he can calle whoever he wants and aske me to leave the store and threaten me with calling the sheriff, refused to give me a refund and acted like an idiot. His employees were embarrassed with his behavior, worse customer service I ever experienced.

  I'm actually surprised I could give a 1 and not zero stars. Ordered cheesy garlic bread, i mean, burnt cheese croutons that don't come close to the picture. When I returned the inedible bricks, I was received with, "that's how they come out!" I said I want them to be like I ordered and got told, "you'll get the same." I them said, they aren't even close to the picture and was told, "they use AI for those." I would highly recommend they shut down and pretend they never existed in that location.
