  8:45 PM. I don’t know who you are, brother, but kudos to you. I ordered my food and was told to pull around and wait at the front. Well over 15 minutes later, I’m still sitting here with nothing better to do, watching you clean the kids’ play place on the second floor. And I’ve got to say, the attention to detail and the sheer amount of elbow grease you’re putting into those floors is impressive. You’re not just going through the motions. You’re actually putting in the work to make that place clean. Honestly, if I knew you were the one who cleaned it, I’d dump my food on the floor and still eat it. 😂 Keep up the good work, brother. Somebody noticed, and I respect the hell out of the work you’re putting in.

  This location doesn’t even deserve the 2.6 star rating it has!!!! Almost everything here was bad I don’t even know where to start. Lady that was taking our order at the drive through kept asking the same question over and over like she wasn’t paying attention. Got asked if order was correct on the screen, told her there wasn’t one on the screen. She said to pull forward. We got to the first window and the guy there was super nice and friendly. Repeated the order, almost the entire order was incorrect. Combos were wrong, diet dr.pepper for almost every drink. He started fixing the order then a lady came up (I’m assuming manager or lead in a black sweater with her name stitched on it) was trying to help. We got the order fixed so we thought. Pulled forward and looked at the receipt and still was missing the combo not just the chicken nuggets and drink. Second window, went to hand me drinks and they were diet dr.pepper. Told her they were wrong and started filling up the correct drinks. She accidentally dropped a drink then started to become visibly upset that I was making sure the order was correct. We got the kids meals, both were supposed to be extra fries but they came with apple slices. Got the next couple bags, one burger was supposed to have no ketchup and it had ketchup, looked for our sauces and we had no sauces in the bag. I asked the lady at the window for the ranch and the mighty hot sauce. She hands me only ranch and goes to close the window. I asked again for the mighty hot sauce for the spicy nuggets and she goes to look for it. At this point the “manager” comes over super irritated and is like what is going on it’s the same car!!! Then the lady comes back and says we’re out of the hot sauce, so I asked for hot mustard. She closes the window again. I waited because we still didn’t have our straws for the drinks. She opens the window again I asked for straws. She angrily grabs a handful and just shoves them out the window and closes the window again. This entire process took over 30 minutes. It was extremely frustrating but not uncommon for this location. I really don’t understand what is so difficult about taking an order, entering it correctly and having some customer service skills without the crappy attitude, especially the lead or manager in the back. It took that long and still got cold/old looking chicken nuggets and 3/4 filled up drinks. Just go anywhere else but here

  Omg they SUCK, I was literally the ONLY person there. They couldn't get any of my order right, AND I corrected them more then once. TERRIBLE SERVICE

  We had three orders as a group they messed up every single one, one was a 6 piece nugget we got two out of the 6 they were also cold, the next order was a mango smoothie and apple pie the smoothie came out as a strawberry banana and it was dripping every where! The next was a strawberry shake and strawberry smoothie we got the shake which wasn’t mixed at all and the strawberry banana smoothie came out as a small and was supposed to be a medium. Over all pretty bad!

  I was given a notification my order was ready and sat waiting in curbside pickup for 45 minutes, was told i would get a full refund and it never happened. the manager was extremely disrespectful and i had received 0 help from any employees. this place is an absolute joke and i do not recommend it. go to any other location. because on top of having terrible service they are disrespectful, rude, and have no sense of manners. 0/10 do not recommend this location and corporate needs to step in and fix things.
