  I was having a decently rough night and Roger the manager went above and beyond to make my night better! I have never had such a positive experience at any other McDonald’s or any restaurant for that matter. I really appreciated his kindness! It made my night!

  I don’t dine in a lot so I can’t comment much on the atmosphere, but this store is atrocious. Few of the staff are people oriented, barely say hello, and the drive thru is the biggest concern-everything else comes second. We were there the last Sunday of June and we waited for 25+ minutes for our dine in order before requesting a refund and leaving (our order was only a couple sandwiches and two drinks, nothing crazy or huge). The manager must have done 5 refunds for other people while we were waiting. The drive thru was cleared, and there was a mountain of food ready to go, but no one bagging it-the manager claimed they were short staffed, but they were prioritizing the drive thru, which their drive thru sucks anyway. They park everyone and there have been times I’ve had to get out of my car and enter the restaurant to get the one thing I was waiting on. They’ll continue to get business but they have a reputation for being the worse McDonald’s in all of Utah county. I’ve literally driven to Saratoga Springs or the other EM McDonald’s because I know it’ll be worlds better.

  I didn't know you were able to chew gum while working around food one worker was chewing and smacking her lips and then approached me asking what I wanted or if I was doordash I said I was waiting for my food then she continued to chew her gum loudly at that point I just left this is terrible and if she's breaking that rule wonder how other food safety is there if any will never be back here again

  I’m not sure if the kids there are still new or they are understaffed? But I went there last night and after sitting at the intercom for far too long without any kind of greeting, had to yell hello just to finally get someone’s attention to take my order- terrible customer service. I asked for 2 spicy mcchickens and 1 regular Mcchicken. They only gave me 2 of the sandwiches. So I circle back around (having to yell for their attention AGAIN?) to tell them I’m missing a third mcchicken. One biker next to me tried to order but wasn’t helped so even he drove off. And to top it all off- I get home to see they gave me all 3 regular mcchickens. Not a spicy one in sight. I’d rather drive out of EM to any other McDonald’s than have to deal with that again. Do BETTER

  The worst service I ever received from a McDonald’s and that’s already asking too much but I went to this McDonald’s ordered a Mcrispy combo and an ice cream cone and the cashier at the window gave me an ice cream cone that was pretty much melted. My drink was not even filled all the way, I don’t know if they had been sitting on that drink or the ice cream for a while or what but I just that when they gave me my order my asking was dripping so much I believe this is an unacceptable service the guy that handed me my order didn’t even offer a napkin for my ice cream even though it was dripping from the cone until I asked for one then I went inside and I explained this to the manager. And all she said was sorry turned around and went back inside.
