- AAAlyssa2 days ago3.0I come to this location a lot and it’s mostly fine, sometimes even good! But RIP if they tell you to go park from the drive thru. Whenever that happens I know it’s going to be a very long time before someone randomly shows up with my food. Usually they forget it, or it gets lost, and you have to go hunt it down. They are busy and overall do a good job, but this has happened to me multiple times and it’s quite frustrating.

The last time i went here, i was pulled, ordered double quarter pounder meal and two 10 pieces. Order was given to someone else. Finally went in and had to get my food after 35 minutes. Today ordered double quarter pounder and one 10 piece. Got pulled again. Meal was given to another super honest person. Waited 25 minutes this time was asked twice what my order was. Finally brought food. Was just a quarter pounder(not double like i ordered) didn't notice till i got home. 10 piece came out separate after i asked what i ordered again. So maybe keep track of the cars that ordered what, again because of the honesty in eagle mountain. And maybe not pull every car in your line to make it look like your times are better then they are. Just do better you're the only show in the ranches.

I went up and asked if my order was ready and they hadn’t even started it. I walked out. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this location, but it will be the last. They run this place terribly.
