  Took ages to open the bathroom, and get refills, no soda machine, all of the tables were absolutely filthy, recipt did not print. I have almost every mcdonalds in Utah county, this is one of the worst ones. The ordering system said that all of the drinks were out of stock. The managers name for this shift was Yasmin.

  At least the food is like any other McDonald's. Really sad this is a Kiosk only place. Bring back human interactions! I can order in less than a minute with a human. Takes 5-10 minutes with a Kiosk. Not to mention, Kiosk is literally telling us to be "unpaid" cashiers. Thanks McDonald's. I hate Taco Bell for this same reason.

  Im truly amazed how they are able to find new ways to mess up a cup of coffee. I went though drive-thru last week. Lg coffee 3 cream. This is the same thing I order everyday, at whatever McDonald's I'm at. First try i recieved a large coffee with no cream. Honest mistake. I was close enough, I drove back and ran in to get it fixed. There is no face to face service here. There is a shelf for doordash and Uber pick ups, and a self serve kiosk. 2 employees walked by me and didn't even look in my direction. After a bit of waiting and waving my arms, someone finally helped. I told her my issue and she took my drink. She brought me a new coffee and told me to have a nice day. Very pleasant echange. As I drove away I took a drink. The coffee was now full of sugar. I turned around and took it back. I went through the drive-thru this time. 3rd try was a charm. Another pleasant exchange, however 40 minutes wasted. I decided to try a gain. Mistakes happen. Today's cup of coffee is light on the cream and extremely bitter. Not sure what the issue is, but I won't be returning to this location.

  Manger Christy is so rude. She’s constantly in a rush, doesn’t listen fully to customers, and she is overall just a horrible person. She treated me and my group like absolute trash, and kept rushing us when we tried to talk to her about a safety concern. She should not be working customer service if she’s going to act like this, especially not in a management position. Who knows how she treats her employees.

  Food is amazing, but the way the manager, specifically Christy speaks to customers is absolutely not ok. She was so rude when me and a friend went inside to talk to her regarding one of the employee’s health. This employee was not feeing great but couldn’t leave to tell this manager that they weren’t feeing ok. We went inside to ask her to check in on this employee, and she must have just assumed we were lying to get this employee out of work, which is not true, they had been messaging saying that they did not feel ok and they were going to pass out. I have been informed that not only did she A, not care at all, but B, threatened to cut hours as well. The entire time we talked to her, she was rushing us and making it seem like we were completely invalidated. Then completely ignored one of her employees health and safety. She should not be working in a retail position if she has no respect for customers and no respect for employees. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and super nice, and patient with us.
