    The employees at this Dutch Bros have to be the most confidently wrong people I have ever met in my life. Today while waiting for my pickup order the person in front of me ordered two hot medium drinks. When his drinks were brought to the window they were clearly the 12 oz small size. The man calmly stated that he ordered medium which are 16 oz. The girl at the window told him those drinks were medium and that mediums are 12 oz. The man said no, I get a medium here all the time. The girl at the window argued with him again, assuring him medium was 12 oz. The guy gave up and left angrily. At this point my mobile order was called out. I went to get it and they handed me one drink. I ordered two. I explained this and the girl at the window went and checked her screen. She couldn't find it so I had to pull up the order in the app and show her. She let me know the drink she handed me was made wrong and they'd get my two correct drinks. While waiting for my two new drinks another girl came up who went through the drive through. She explained her drink had been made wrong. The girl at the window once again argued back and forth with a customer about how a drink was supposed to be made. Eventually the employee relented and said they'd correct her drink after multiple minutes of arguing. Last time I came to this location a few weeks ago my wife ordered a latte with 2% milk. The girl at the window told her they don't make drinks with 2% milk. We had to argue with her and then ask for a different employee to get a drink with 2% milk at a coffee shop. Not sure if the owner is aware, but your business will not thrive with employees like this. Maybe train them.

    To the barista who took the time to make my birthday coffee EXTRA special thank you so much. I know to some, it may seem small but I'd had a long day before I showed up for my coffee and you going above and beyond really was the sweetest and kindest gesture. Wish I'd gotten your name to shout out here! Thank you girly! I hope everyone has the same awesome experience.
