Called and the rep said I couldn’t do the order that was in my cart. Because it had a specialty pizza on it. Which the coupon allowed for online. Went to the one in city center instead. No issues. I’ll just drive the extra time if this location continues like this.

The girl at the register seemed to have no idea what was going on—she didn’t know the difference between a regular pizza and a specialty pizza 😅. But hey, it could have been her first day on the job, so I can forgive that. Was waiting for them to call my name (remember, I ordered in store, not on the app) for close to half an hour. I was finally getting impatient so I checked in with the staff. Turns out it had been done for a while and they had it sitting there on the shelf. Never called my name to notify me that it was ready. The staff were constantly bickering with what I assumed was the manager. At least that provided some ‘entertainment’ while I was waiting half an hour for my pizza 🙄. Pizza was strangely thin but also doughy, even though I ordered regular crust. Somehow all the taste was a uniform flavor of salt in my mouth. And there was hardly any cheese on one of the pizzas. I ate a piece and, let me tell you, I am usually an easy-to-please person when it comes to pizza. But, I couldn’t even eat a second slice. Going to have to broil it and add more cheese and seasonings to even make it appetizing. And let me remind you, this was a TWENTY DOLLAR pizza!! Ridiculous. Never going to this Dominos again.

I will let you be the judge of this one. This is the worst dominos location I have ever felt with.

I ask for well done every time but the crust is never crispier and is always floppy. Too much sauce and not enough cheese. It’s worth it to drive farther and go to a different store that actually makes your food how you request in your order.
