  just waited 15 minutes at the cashier with no one in front of me in line. I couldn’t wait any longer so I left. Fast food restaurant definitely not.

  I don't know what the deal is but it seems like this Dairy Queen location wants to compete with Burger King for worst fast food chain in America. Probably the worst takeout experience I've ever had. My Royal cheesecake Blizzard looked like diarrhea, but it was at least edible. The onion rings were so stale I'm not even sure there was actually any onion in them at all. The fries were soggy and stale to the point where my kids didn't even want to finish their meals. And my other kid who usually loves hot dogs took one bite and spit it out. I don't think I'll ever go to another Dairy Queen again after this. You would think with the quality they provided that that food would have actually been cheap, but no it was over $50. I don't know who runs this particular franchise but they should be ashamed of themselves.

  This isn’t a typical a review… but wanted to say…Avi is such a kind soul at this Dairy Queen!! Give him a raise ha!! Genuine, kind service makes a difference. I was having the worst morning & decided to get an ice cream cone for my son on our way to run an errand. While waiting for the ice cream (super fast… maybe a minute?) Avi had asked how my day was going and I couldn’t lie… then he asked “do you wanna talk about it?” That did it— I broke down lol… embarrassing… but the point is, he was a human who cared to ask how someone was doing in a real way. We shared a moment and then encouraged each other to have a better day—never underestimate the power of human interaction…. And yummy, fast ice cream!

  We have been multiple times to DQ in the last couple of months. It's amazing how much that place has turned around. Seems like some of the new hires have really brought in a new energy and organization. A couple months ago, the wait was extremely long. Now it feels like the service is quicker, the food is fresher, and the people are kinder! We will be back! Shout out Jackson!

  Just tried my chocolate brownie blizzard and it was incredibly sour. The line was so long that I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes to get a new one, so I just had to throw it away on my way out. Pretty disappointed.
