  Saturday afternoon barely anyone in line and it took forever. The people are nice, but only two actually working (one on the register who would not help with anything but the register). No pico. No lettuce. Food was cold. It’s a poorly run place.

  My sister and I went inside around 6:15ish on 5/2. During our recent visit, the service was noticeably uneven, with only one dedicated worker, Elena, truly stepping up to help our us while her four coworkers stood around doing little to nothing. Despite trying to take multiple orders at once, Elena remained professional and attentive. When she asked a young coworker to quickly refill the white rice that had run out, he brushed her off, forcing her to handle it while juggling everything else. Later, when I asked about the empty lemonade dispensers, Elena was once again the only one who jumped in and refilled them right away. Her hard work and positive attitude stood out in sharp contrast to the rest of the team, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into one where we truly appreciated her efforts. This young girl truly deserves some recognition.

  Chipotle, we need to talk. My order was wrong in ways I didn’t know were possible. I asked for specific things. You heard “surprise me.” I paid for a full price bag of chips that you apparently filled by whispering “chip” into it three times and sealing it with hope. I’ve had more substantial snacks fall out of a crappy Clif bar wrapper. I ordered a burrito with meat. What I got was essentially a sad vegetarian starter kit consisting of a tortilla, some rice, and the faint memory of chicken someone must have waved over it on the way to clocking out for a half baked days work. We’re done. I will warn others. It’s not me. It’s you.

  I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this chipotle specifically. Some not all but some workers make It very obvious that they don’t want to be there with there expressions and lack of putting pep in there steps. The food is 50/50 whether It will be good or bad, and It doesn’t seem there’s a manager there to keep things orderly and smooth. Definitely get something different or take the extra time to go to a different location because this one isn’t It.

  I had a really good experience here recently and wanted to say thanks to the team. I visited after the normal lunch rush so there was no wait time for me to get my food. I placed my order in person and the staff was all incredibly kind very friendly. The portion sizes were good and I felt like I got a good amount of food for the price I payed. While ordering, I forgot to have them put steak in one of my burritos and only realized it when I was paying. The staff was incredibly understanding and helped me get it added without any problems. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and I'm incredibly grateful for that.
