- SSSVTOct 5, 20265.0The gal with the pink hair at the front tonight was so kind. Truly amazing at being cheerful even when it’s busy and the customers aren’t always nice. Good job!
- HGholly goodwinOct 3, 20261.0Employees smoking right by door!!!
- JRjose RojoSep 29, 20261.0A terrible place to order food; the service was abysmal and begrudging. The person in charge—or on duty today, September 29th, at 3:32—served us reluctantly and with a terrible attitude. We asked for forks, and they told us they didn't have any; I mean, they’re selling pasta but don't have forks—wow.
- KHKeeley HartinSep 20, 20261.0Last time I order here!! Ive tried three times and it’s always something. I honestly can’t even remember the details of the first two bad experiences all I remember is I never even got the pizzas. That’s right, 0/3 times have I received pizza from Pizza Hut. Though I can’t remember the details of my first two experiences. I’ll leave you with this summary of my night. Ordered pizzas over $150 worth. Go to pick it up and the workers have closed the door and locked it. Won’t even look at me. After FIFTEEN MINUTES OF KNOCKING. I am then informed that they “closed” at 8… while staring at my online receipt that says to pick up at 8:11… at their location… They add that they have no order. I call the call center-they inform me that the location has canceled my order and they are unsure why. Adds that there is nothing they can do. Then he tries to transfer me to the location, as the workers are walking out the door and locking it behind them. I’m obviously never patched through and the call drops. If you’re wondering why I’ve tried so many times it’s always in a pinch and to feed boys that want pizza. Don’t even bother. Who can out pizza the hut? Anyone else.
- VHVerdun HartinSep 20, 20262.0*UPDATE-from one to two stars: The fact that the owner cares enough to respond to our review in a respectful manner says something positive about them. We hope they get their act together.* Pathetic customer service. To be kind and out of respect for staff working late on a Sunday night, we gave them a tip FOR PICKUP... yet we were treated horribly.
