  I ordered two simple pizzas about a week ago—one pepperoni and one ham. I wanted stuffed crust and nothing else. However, when I received my order, there was some kind of garlic topping on the stuffed crust, the same garbage they use at Domino’s that is so salty it feels like you’re eating blocks of salt. It was so bad that I ended up giving both pizzas to my dogs, and I actually felt bad that my two Great Danes had to eat that garbage. If a customer asks for something basic, please don’t get creative. Just give the customer what they ordered.

  "Ordered from this location and received a completely wrong order — not a small mix-up, a different order entirely from what I paid for. When I called the store to fix it, I was brushed off. Ended up spending over an hour on the phone between the store and Pizza Hut customer service with zero resolution. No refund, no replacement, no one willing to take ownership. Very disappointing experience."

  The guy taking my order asked if I wanted stuffed crust I said no and he gave it to me anyway, I got the pizza and in person it looks super unappetizing the bell peppers were like this neon green everything just looked weird but it was lwk fire and I also had asked for the 10 dollar deal for the medium pizza and ended up paying 14.38 instead

  I've come to this location multiple times and every time it's something. For one, this place has poor customer service. Also, last time, I came in to pick up my online order, three other people came in to order after I had arrived to the location. (They received their order first.) This time around, I wasn't acknowledged until about 5 minutes. It seemed like the ladies in the kitchen were just taking their sweet time and had no urgency in getting orders out. I waited about 20 minutes for the food (after I was acknowledged) and then, turns out that they had forgot to put in the breadsticks so I had to wait at least another 5-8 minutes. And again, two other people came in to order multiple pizzas during that time and they got their orders first. I don't know if this place just has no urgency to get food out or if they just don't care. Anyway, I hope this problem gets fixed.

  Absolutely terrible experience. And terrible food. The kids were unprofessional. Food was far later than expected. Seemed like they forgot the pizza. And then made the pizza as I waited 20 minutes in the lobby. The pizza was absolutely terrible. No flavor. Soggy and undercooked. Literally had to put it in the air fryer once we got home. And the dough was well dough. The wings, also Cold and are the tiniest chicken nuggets. The food and ingredient quality and everything about this place is just awful. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The food wasn’t even edible. And ultimately found its way in the trash where it belongs.
