  Wasn’t greeted when I came in for an order. Waited 10 mins for the order and they almost forgot to give me a food item while I was leaving. Definitely wouldn’t come here again

  they did a good job on the food but they were pretty zamn slow🫩 they also forgor my part of the order and we had to ask for it again. they did upsize us for the trouble tho

  I love Auntie Anne’s/Jamba and this location in particular — it’s usually one of my favorite stops. That said, I wanted to share some feedback about a recent visit. I love the sweet almond pretzel, but it usually comes out burnt to the point I can’t eat it. I’ve found that asking for it as pretzel bites instead solves that problem — they come out perfectly. Yesterday, I asked and an employee kindly checked with another team member and confirmed they could make sweet almond pretzel bites for me, and rang it up under “pepperoni pretzel bites” in the system. When I came back the next day and asked for the same item, referencing what had happened the day before, I was met with a firm “we can’t do that,” followed by some noticeable attitude. Another employee then set my order down on the counter a bit forcefully while saying my name with noticeable attitude, which felt unnecessarily curt. I understand things can get busy and miscommunications happen between shifts, but the tone caught me off guard given how positive my experience here usually is. I’d love to keep coming back — just wanted to flag this so the team can stay consistent and friendly across shifts. Thanks for hearing me out!
