I had a really not ideal experience here today. the lobby wasn’t really busy and it took me 40 minutes to get even part of my order. i got the pitaya bowl with pineapple instead of bananas and a normal soft pretzel. i had to leave to be somewhere so i didn’t even end up getting my pretzel after 40 minutes. the bowl also still had bananas which would be a huge issue if i had an allergy, luckily i don’t but its still concerning. the pineapples also were not the fresh ones, they were the frozen ones meant to be put in smoothies. the base was also not blended at all, there was maybe one strawberry and half a scoop of granola at best. the girl working was very sweet and she was doing great at getting the pretzels out until she switched with the guy working, which is concerning considering it was her first day and he was the one that was supposed to be in charge. the bowl was also prepared by the guy working and i saw it sitting on the counter for a long time before he remembered it was there. i really am not one to complain and i never leave bad reviews or send emails but it was insane how bad it was, especially considering i paid over 16 bucks for it, and considering i used to work at a jamba, i know that these conditions and the bowl were not up to standard. I did submit an email to hopefully get a refund but i’ll have to wait and see if that happensI had a really not ideal experience here today. the lobby wasn’t really busy and it took me 40 minutes to get even part of my order. i got the pitaya bowl with pineapple instead of bananas and a normal soft pretzel. i had to leave to be somewhere so i didn’t even end up getting my pretzel after 40 minutes. the bowl also still had bananas which would be a huge issue if i had an allergy, luckily i don’t but its still concerning. the pineapples also were not the fresh ones, they were the frozen ones meant to be put in smoothies. the base was also not blended at all, there was maybe one strawberry and half a scoop of granola at best. the girl working was very sweet and she was doing great at getting the pretzels out until she switched with the guy working, which is concerning considering it was her first day and he was the one that was supposed to be in charge. the bowl was also prepared by the guy working and i saw it sitting on the counter for a long time before he remembered it was there. i really am not one to complain and i never leave bad reviews or send emails but it was insane how bad it was, especially considering i paid over 16 bucks for it, and considering i used to work at a jamba, i know that these conditions and the bowl were not up to standard.
