    The staff is always friendly of course. But I'll order the same coffee three times and it'll taste different every time. Some days it's delicious and other days it's just meh me, the only criticism I have is I wish it was a little more consistent.

    Not only is the menu insanely awesome (slightly overwhelming with how many badass choices there are. Seriously.) but the girl who just helped me, specifically, is amazing. Such a sweetheart. Definitely deserves an offer of a higher position, pay, or something. Such a helpful & kind chick. I had signed up for the Dutch Bros rewards thing, and for some reason wasn't seeing my free drink reward. I showed her that I just signed up, though, and she was so kind as to not only allow me to still pick one, but was the most patient as I awkwardly browsed the intense menu items. Finally deciding on something of my own creation, more so, she made it for me AND because of the heat, was such a sweetheart and upped the size. I know that wasn't just for me. I can just TELL she is overall an amazing employee here and I just had to come say so. She says her name is Gwen. So Gwen? Thank you!!! My long ass bicycle ride (which just died by the way. My bike) all the way down through the river bottoms back to Riverton will not be so bad, thanks to you!!!! \m/ 🤘🏻

    I love Dutch Bros but by far… this location is not it. The guy (reddish beard) who got our order was not it. He was annoyed… and seemed bothered. He was there the other time we came too and acted the same way… The girl who made our drinks was nice and friendly!

    Drive through goes pretty quick but if I’m in a hurry I do the window order ahead pick-up. Very delicious and I look forward to it almost daily.

    The first time I visited, I ordered two drinks and was clear about what I wanted. However, my order was made incorrectly- I received an iced chai instead of a golden eagle with extra caramel drizzle. Mistakes happen, but it was disappointing, especially since I felt like my order had been misunderstood. The second time I went back, I mentioned what had happened previously, and the employee was incredibly kind and made me a free golden eagle to make it right, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the drink was filled up so full that when I picked it up, it spilled into my car. I genuinely appreciate how friendly and courteous the staff are, and I know they were trying to provide good customer service. I just wish there was consistency and attention to detail when making and handing out drinks. Because of these experiences, I'll probably go out of my way to visit another Dutch Bros location instead.
