  Pretty disappointing. It’s been a while since I’ve been to cubby’s because they’re a little bit pricier for a hamburger but I thought I would try it again today. I walked in maybe 10 minutes after they opened and ordered a burger and a fry. I then watched everybody that came in behind me get their food before me and I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my food. Right after I ordered, I saw a fry get put under the warmer and then I watched it sit there for 20 minutes until I got my food. As the guy was packaging up my food, I watched him put my fries in the bag and then he pulled a fry out, played with it in his fingers for over a minute, and then he hesitantly put it back in the bag. He then put my hamburger in the bag and then right before he turned around to give it to me he took whatever fry he was playing with back out of the bag. When I asked him about it and asked him about the fries sitting there forever he said no they’re fresh and he said he just took a fry out that was a different shape. He assured me everything was fine. When I pulled the food out three minutes later to eat it the fries were soft and lukewarm except the top few that got the heat from the warmer. Everything was not fine. Very disappointing that I paid almost $20 for a single hamburger and french fries and the fries were 20 minutes old, soft, and I got to watch some kid play with my food before I ate it. Pretty disappointing.

  First time in and everything was great! I loved that upon walking in I could view their menu on the wall before I had to walk up to anyone! It's nice not feeling rushed. My husband and I each got a sandwich and shared a rosemary fry. All looked and tasted fresh! It was also nice we got 3 sauce options for our fries at a self-serve! My only disappointment was I did not get a picture of how great our food looked for you all to see! So go try it yourself! Because when we go back to Utah, we'll definitely stop in for a bite again!
