- SCStephen Candell6 days ago1.0Specified "no full meal, no fries" twice when ordering. Still Got charged with fries. Manager Steph couldn't give me a refund. No cash back. No gift card. Nothing. Told me to call the help line phone number. She seemed more worried about keeping the line moving than making sure I got my money back. This chick-fil-a has been going downhill. Happy the new one opened in Draper off bangerter. I'll be going there from now on.

I also really love how evrey month they do special promotions or activities in store. Like in April when they did tutoring evrey Friday. The contribution to the community is there and I love it!

I was here for their Hometown Heroes Recognition Week (today for military/veterans) and my sandwich was so fresh, my fries cooked just right (not overdone), & my Sunjoy must have been freshly brewed/hand squeezed! Cheyenne helped me & she was just lovely, welcoming & appreciative of my service. This location is incredibly generous & should take great pride in their amazing employees, commendable customer service & quality food. Thank you! :0)
