- SASR Adams1 day ago1.0I wish I could give this location zero stars. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I choose Chick-fil-A in part for the consistently good service and this location is an exception to that in the worst way. Every time I have gone here something is wrong with my order (literally 90% of the time the food is wrong or they forget something critical like a straw with your drink), but I keep going back because I figured they were new and still working things out, but this morning was the final straw. I met my parents there with my little boy for breakfast. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered our food and waited. Other people came in after us and got their food, 17 cars were served through the drive through and our food still never came. My mom followed up with the staff and was blown off and told they were working on it. In reality, they had lost the order and never even started it. Finally, with my toddler crying because he was hungry and much of our morning wasted we asked for a refund. We were met with strange excuses for what happened with no clear answer for why our order was never filled. The was no sorry, just rolling eyes from staff when we expressed frustrations and blaming us for not just mobile ordering (why can’t we order from a human being at the desk and still get our food?). They even tried to hand us a bag of food instead of our money back, but at that point they had wasted our morning and lost our business. The staff finally brought out a manager to give us a refund and he was the first person to apologize for what happened. I will never go to this Chick-fil-A again. The staff were so rude to me and my family and ruined our morning. Go to the other Draper location they are kind, helpful, professional, and do a great job. Really, just save yourself the time and trouble and go anywhere else.

How many pickles do they regularly put on because when I ordered 2x pickles, they put 4 tiny pickles on my sandwich. I even told the lady taking my order to make sure that there was extra this time.

The drive-thru gets slower every time, our order is regularly wrong. I’ve been here many times, but after today I’m done. Go to the Chick-fil-A on 123rd instead they’re consistently fast, friendly, and get your order right. They deserve your business much more than this location does.
- RRR RAug 11, 20261.0First and last time at this location. We did a pick up order here, got to the car and we had one missing sandwich and one large fry only half full. Luckily we noticed before we left. I went back in and I can say the customer service was not ok in my book. Was treated like I was lying & the girl was snarky about it. She went in the back and must think people can’t hear her, she was telling her coworkers that the fries must have spilled in the bag, well it’s a good thing I brought the bag in with me because there were no fries at the bottom of the bag. Honestly just unprofessional and rude. I did not appreciate being treated that way over an order they messed up.
