    Consistently the most disappointing chick fil a in the valley. It's right by my house so I have been often since they opened. At first I thought they just needed some time to train staff and work out the kinks but it's been over 3 months now and the experience is the same. I've never come away from this location without some combination of: - slow service - missing items or sauces - incorrect order I hope they figure it out because the location is really convenient, but in the meantime I recommend skipping.

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant in general. I was heading to an event and decided to stop by Chick-fil-A because it’s usually a place I can trust for quality and prompt service. Unfortunately, I was terribly wrong. It took over 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru even though there was no line. After waiting, I finally received my food, but not my drinks. A team member instructed me to pull forward and wait for them. After several more minutes — while watching multiple cars behind me receive their drinks — I walked up to the window to ask about mine. The team member simply grabbed a carrier full of drinks and handed them to me. There was no apology or acknowledgment, despite the fact that I had been sitting there waiting while my drinks were apparently sitting inside on the counter the entire time. Next, I got back to the car and my wife noticed there were no straws in the bag, so I had to walk back again to get them. Once again, there was no apology. I then took the food to an event I was hosting, and upon arrival, I noticed my order was wrong. I had ordered a Diet Coke with lemon, but instead received what tasted like a Diet Coke mixed with lemonade. It was awful. On top of that, all of our food was cold and had clearly been sitting in the restaurant for quite some time. I told the friends I was meeting with how disappointed I was with the experience. Chick-fil-A used to be a brand I could trust, but after this experience, I feel they are no different than Wendy’s — except with prices that are about 40% higher. I will not be returning to eat here.

    I've been to this location multiple times recently and had a disappointing using the drive thru each time. I hit them up on different days of the week and different times of day and they all resulted in a 10+ minute wait. Given this now seems to be a consistent occurrence, I think I've made my last trip to this location and will go to the other Draper location where speed and accuracy are their standard.

    TMI Post: The first time I went they forgot items in our order, not a big deal as we went back and requested a fix. The next time we went everything was extremely salty. I get salt on the fries but the chicken is a pre-seasoned frozen patty, why would they add extra salt. The last and final time the order was right and the food tasted great. However, the next day we were all on the toilet and struggled to get off. Thankfully we have more than one bathroom or else a bridesmaid scene would have happened. I’ll drive the extra distance to the Draper location. They haven’t done me dirty like the new Bluffdale location.

    I normally don’t leave reviews but after two experience here I think the staff needs constructive criticism. My order is spicy deluxe meal with no pickles on a multigrain but. Both times they left the pickles on. I waited 14 minutes in line at 2pm for the wrong order and cold fries. The other time the drive through worker ran me down as I was exiting the parking lot, asked me to empty my bag in my car, find the sandwich they got wrong, and swap it out for them. Left me scrambling with chickfila all over myself and blocking traffic. Not ideal to put the customer in that situation. Another note is you might want to add a drive through sign to clearly directly people the right way. I was blocked in due to people not knowing where to go and people driving wrong way down a one way. The staff was friendly but they are still in the baby phase of efficiency. Keep growing.
