  Just wasn’t good especially for the price. The pizza was the only home run. The table bread was stale but luckily we didn’t have to pay for it. The Cesar salad was just bad. The dressing was bad and the croutons were kind of soft. They severely overdressed it but they did remake it better for me. But the flavor was just bad and I couldn’t eat it. Arancini is usually my favorite. It’s usually a delicious cheesy rice ball. But theirs was a weird mix of rice, peas and crumbled sausage. It wasn’t even Arborio rice from what I could tell, which is traditional. For the price especially I don’t think we will be back.

  The pasta tasted fresh, but the sauces were lackluster. The focaccia was dry and needed the olive oil for flavor; I couldn’t taste the balsamic vinegar. The biggest issue was the atmosphere: the music was so loud that we had to yell to have a conversation. I wanted to enjoy this place more, but the food and experience didn’t quite come together for me.

  Tried the Basta in Draper UT on a Saturday night. The wait to order was about 15mins, then waited about 30 mins for the food. We got a little of everything cause it was the first time trying it. We got pasta, pizza, meatballs, rice balls, and they were all ok. The meatballs and 2 of the pastas were cold and the pizza was a bit bland. All in all just ok. The pricing is also a little on thr high side foe what you're getting.

  ​My wife and I drive an hour to get here, and it’s worth every penny in gas! You can eat your heart out and you won't feel awful because it's handmade, authentic Italian pasta. Seed-oil-free, beef tallow for frying, no bleach or highly processed flour, they fly in their ingredients directly from Italy! Coming from an Italian man, this is my absolute favorite Italian place. 🤌

  Please stop putting these chairs in restaurants! Customers want to be comfortable while enjoying their food and spending time with friends and family. These chairs are cold, hard, and honestly just awful. If I see these in a restaurant, it makes me not even want to go! Give us a comfortable chair so we can actually relax and enjoy the experience.
