  Only go here if you want the most meager portions you will ever receive. An 1800s orphan would’ve probably had a bigger bowl of food. Even when you politely ask for a little extra because they gave you such a little amount they give you an extra singular piece of chicken and when you ask for double they give you even less than the original serving. You would think the ceo himself is working the counter considering how close they guard their companies assets.

  I did a mobile order and when I got the notification that the order was ready for pickup I went into the store. There were about 5 other people waiting for their orders. After a few left without their food and I waited 30 minutes for my order, I asked the lady at the register if there were orders in the back. She just responded that there was only 1 person making orders. No apologies, no let me see where they are at in the making of said orders. Reached out to have my order cancelled on the app. The ai bot said it could not be done. When I said I want to cancel again it put me in touch with a real person. When I explained the wait and frustration I got bo response from the person. So after 45 minutes and many others still waiting behind me, I left with out food and no refund. Would not recommend this poorly staffed, dirty, unhelping location

  I had not eaten at Chipotle in a long time and thought I would try it again. I wanted so much to like it but this location has some major problems or issues. I had the steak salad and either seasoning or the green dressing burns your mouth. The steak was not hot and very chewy and tough. The black beans were dry. Anyway I only ate about half the meal and threw it away. Another issue is the cleanliness of the place needs something to be desired.Many of the tables had not been bussed and were dirty. There was a lot of debris on the floor. Utensil dish were empty and no small plastic Tops for the drinks. Overall, it doesn't have the variety like a Cafe Rio. the food quality and freshness don't compare. I typically don't write reviews unless I have a strong reason to. I think with some better management and cleanliness this location might do better but I will not be back again.

  Operation is a mess. Both times I’ve mobile ordered there’s past month there have been a bunch of customers waiting around for mobile orders and no employee was actively addressing the customers waiting for mobile orders. My last order was with DoorDash and DD said my order would be ready at 1:21p, then it said it was done once the time hit 1:21 and I got an email from DD saying my order was ready, when I spoke to an employee, they looked around a corner, found the ticket for my DD order, and then handed it off to someone on the line to make. Operational mess all around at this location.

  I really hate to do this but, I had THE WORSE pick-up experience here today. I placed my online order at 11:50 this morning for 2 burrito bowls. I get to the restaurant at12:00 pm (the time I was told it would be ready after I placed the order). I was waiting on my TWO BOWLS until 12:53 pm! It took my entire hour lunch break plus time to get this order. I was told when I got there that they had a catering order that put them behind. I have worked in the service industry for years. Why were they not staffed appropriately for today? Also, it was obvious that everyone who placed a pick-up order was ill because we all had to wait just way too long. The staff did not communicate with any of the customers. No offers or apologies were given to any of the customers. No eye contact was made by the gentleman at the register.. I just expected so much more in this situation and will not be ordering from this location again..
