Good and bad I went through the drive through and ordered a large strawberry watermelon refresher - they handed me a medium - i questioned the size and person said it is a large. I tool my food and sat in the parking lot at ate (my original plan - eat while listening to a podcast. After I was finished I looked online and everything saw indicated the refreshers are the same size as foundation drinks. To clarify i went inside and talked to the manager to clarify - he was great. I told him I was not complaining I just wanted to clarify. He confirmed the refresher are the same size as the foundation drinks. He asked if I wanted another for my troubles - i said I have finished this. He said he make me a new drink. I wait in the lobby with finished cup in hand - an employee comes to the counter with a large refresher -makes a rude comment about me having already finished one - making me feel like a fool for even asking about the size and accepting another one. I go this location on average once or more a day - the manager in this interaction was great - the person that handed me drink made me feel like an idiot. Friday 5/8/2026 around 12:45

Just got home from getting the food. I am disappointed.. I personally work at fast food and know that putting more effort than this isn’t hard.. he rushed through taking our order which isn’t the biggest deal. I know some nights are tough and you can’t wait until you get home ,However first thing I noticed is we didn’t receive our 2nd hot and spicy. Paid for it and everything. Then I go to eat my bacon McDouble and it wasn’t made correctly I have the sticker next to it with the modifications. Then the hot and spicy I did get was very poorly made. Not even lettuce on it, barely any mayo. This isn’t the first time either, I also know I have to go back and get my order remade more times than not. As a manager to another … do better. Yes we’re going to have rough nights. I’m not asking for “perfect” work or customer service But cmon man. Very dissapointed..

This one is for BAILEY Manager at Mc Donald’s in Clinton…… Dear McDonald's Customer Relations, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at your Clinton, Utah location, which transpired today 4/23 What began as a simple order escalated into a deeply concerning incident involving unprofessional conduct and an alleged misuse of emergency services. Upon receiving my order, a crew member handed me my ice cream, informing me that the accompanying cookies were not yet ready. I promptly suggested that, to prevent the ice cream from melting, it should be held back and delivered with the cookies. My request was met with surprise, ( I then suggested she go ask her supervisor)and then the employee walked away with the ice cream. A few minutes later, a manager, approached and presented me with both the ice cream and the cookies simultaneously. Predictably, the ice cream was noticeably melted. I then questioned why, given my prior suggestion, a simple solution such as holding the ice cream in the freezer or offering a fresh one upon the cookies' readiness was not implemented. I noted that this same location and other  McDonald's locations have previously offered customers the choice of when to receive their ice cream in such situations. Manager, refused to acknowledge to take the ice cream back or to exchange it. Following this exchange, as I attempted to obtain her name for feedback purposes, Manager abruptly walked away and closed the drive-thru window. Despite my continued presence and request for her identification, she did not return. I waited for an extended period, approximately 8 + minutes or more, before I was eventually informed by another individual (who I prefer stay anonymous) that her name was Bailey and that she was a manager. What is profoundly alarming is the subsequent information I received: Manager Bailey allegedly initiated a call to the police regarding my request for her name. I was also told she inquired about obtaining my vehicle's license plate number. To suggest that simply asking for a supervisor's name constitutes a threat or harassment warranting police involvement is utterly bewildering and, frankly, outrageous. I want to be unequivocally clear: I was not yelling, I was not threatening, and my demeanor was focused solely on understanding the situation and obtaining the manager's name. This incident caused a significant delay, creating a long line of frustrated customers behind me, all while Manager Bailey seemingly prioritized avoiding my request over efficient service. The suggestion from another customer that I should have gone inside was met with the very real concern that such an action might further escalate the situation with Manager Bailey. I sincerely hope that Clinton, Utah location is equipped with surveillance cameras that can corroborate my account of events. I hope that they investigate this matter thoroughly, particularly the alleged police call. It is imperative that McDonald's addresses such egregious examples of poor customer service and ensures that its management staff is trained in professional conduct, conflict resolution, and the appropriate handling of customer inquiries, including providing their name when requested.

I went here to see if I could get my son a specific happy meal toy that he wanted. I asked a lady working if I could possibly exchange one of the toys for the one that he wanted. A larger lady with blue hair who reeked of cigarette smoke cut me off and very bluntly said “We dont do that.” I’ve been to multiple other locations where they will exchange the toys and theyre much friendlier about it. I will NOT be returning to this location. Do better. I understand if she was having a bad day but I’ve worked customer service and it is not that hard to give friendly service.
