  Supposedly this place prides themselves on being fast...don't waste your time. Ordered a sandwich said it was ready, got there 20 minutes later, waited another 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Extremely long wait seems to be standard for this location with horrible customer service

  Ordered a toasted chicken bacon ranch through DoorDash and it was genuinely one of the worst sandwich experiences I’ve had. The ranch was applied so heavily that it was oozing out and had completely soaked through the exterior of the bread by the time it arrived. Inedible. Called the store to speak with someone about it and was connected to a manager named Michaela. She immediately had an attitude and before even hearing me out, started deflecting to DoorDash and the delivery time, which had nothing to do with what I was complaining about. When I described the sandwich, she told me it was fine and that most people like a lot of ranch on it. No apology. No accountability. Just dismissal. Unfortunately this isn’t surprising. The in-store experience at this location has never been great either, which is part of why we started ordering delivery to begin with. This visit just made it clear that the attitude isn’t limited to the counter, it goes all the way to management. Won’t be back.

  I got the number 14 it has roast beef and turkey, there was 1 very thin piece of turkey and the rest was all roast beef

  I am pregnant. I ordered a big sandwich because this has been my only craving forever. I asked for extra lettuce. Guess who got NO LETTUCE AT ALL! It takes me 10 minutes to drive there and 10 minutes to drive back home. I couldn't just go back and have it remade because my kid was already in bed. Absolutely so disappointing. If I could post a photo of the sandwich I would. It has no lettuce and I was looking forward to it because I like the way they cut it. Will not order from here again.
