  After not going to a Jimmy John’s for two years and forgetting why.. after this visit I remembered why. I got two 8” subs (#14 & #8) and NOTHING else for a total of $19. I got a ton of bread and no meat and very little veggies on each sandwich. Paying $20 for a couple hoagie buns is crazy ridiculous.. I can get better sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s and more bang for my buck, as well!

  Supposedly this place prides themselves on being fast...don't waste your time. Ordered a sandwich said it was ready, got there 20 minutes later, waited another 15 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Extremely long wait seems to be standard for this location with horrible customer service

  Ordered a toasted chicken bacon ranch through DoorDash and it was genuinely one of the worst sandwich experiences I’ve had. The ranch was applied so heavily that it was oozing out and had completely soaked through the exterior of the bread by the time it arrived. Inedible. Called the store to speak with someone about it and was connected to a manager named Michaela. She immediately had an attitude and before even hearing me out, started deflecting to DoorDash and the delivery time, which had nothing to do with what I was complaining about. When I described the sandwich, she told me it was fine and that most people like a lot of ranch on it. No apology. No accountability. Just dismissal. Unfortunately this isn’t surprising. The in-store experience at this location has never been great either, which is part of why we started ordering delivery to begin with. This visit just made it clear that the attitude isn’t limited to the counter, it goes all the way to management. Won’t be back.

  Great place for a quick sandwich stop. Clean store, good food, fast service.
