    First let me start off by saying that the food was good. However, I paid for a Giant #9 and a regular BLT. I received a regular #9 instead of my giant. Once I noticed I went back to the store and told them what happened. The worker told me I had to buy another sandwich that he would charge me for a regular sandwich price and give me a giant. I agreed and paid only come to find out that I was given another regular. I was already low on time for my lunch and left. I paid twice to get a giant. Ridiculous

    Place an order through the app for drive-through pick up. Call to make Sure order was complete. I was informed it was. I showed up to the drive-through and they told me they didn’t have my order. They suggested I ordered the wrong store. I confirmed it on my phone to them that it was that store. I apologized and told them I could come inside for them to remake the sandwiches so that way nobody behind me in the drive-through got upset so I came into the store and within three minutes they told me my order was done. They handed me an order which was not the right order. There was a lot of confusion with no decent communication between the employees than a young blonde lady came over after I informed her that the order was wrong and she demanded what my order was so I showed her on my phone the order she grabbed the same bag that was the wrong order shoved a cup in it a chip and a cookie and handed to me and stormed off then I had to wait for for somebody to come back for me to inform them that they just added me the wrong order again All while having Extremely pour attitude Demanded what my order was again and at this point with me repeatedly apologizing and telling them it’s not a big deal. I understand mistakes happen, but the professionalism and poor attitude was extremely disappointing to the point where I just left and No food. I called to speak with the manager and I’m pretty sure the manager was the young blonde lady that I was dealing with so I resorted to leaving this review Extremely disappointed, especially when you’re spending over $20 for two sandwiches I was already unhappy with the pricing. I plan on taking my business somewhere else.

    Walked in and didn’t seem that busy. While waiting much longer than normal, large orders of 6-7 sandwiches were going somewhere. I assume the drive thru. I can’t see through walls so don’t snap at me when I ask where my order is after watching everyone in the store get their order including some that seemed to come in after me. I usually stay and eat. Not sure if I will even go again. Attitude of staff needs improvement. And when one sandwich comes in the door, maybe have a way to run that one through more quickly if there are large orders ahead of it.

    You have a weekly customer here, especially if you keep that thai chili wrap around. It's literally my to go to. 😍thank you for bringing it back, tell corporate Cassandra from Roy says keep that thai chili wrap. You'll have more doe. 🤣🤣🤣
