Good coffee. The reason for the low rating is their customer service. Servers will take sometimes up to 20 minutes talking to their friends while a line of cars forms. This has happened at least 5 different times for us.

Disappointing. Got my order wrong again. Went a couple of months back ordered a small hot chocolate with hazel nut didnt get the hazelnut. Wanted to give them another try, maybe they were having an off day i told myself. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Went today with my husband. Again ordered a small hot chocolate with hazelnut. Girl read the order back everything right. Was given the same drink as my husband molten lava. He got added cream that he didn't ask for and was very disappointed.

We're a little bit flustered over here. Have spent over $100 in the last month however drinks did not turn out great last weekend and then I just sent my husband even though we paid for cold for two drinks. Didn't get it. Please pay attention. It sucks to pay for things in this economy. Life is expensive and people going to Dutch Bros deserve to have their order right.
