My drink was made to perfection. The employees all were extremely polite! I asked some questions regarding the app and drink and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding! Eveytime I come here I get the BEST drinks and customer service, love them all. Whilst getting my drink I noticed that there was no cold air coming from inside the shop. If someone from higher management or owner is reading this please get your employees an air conditioner! It’s way too hot!! These employees work way too hard and are extremely kind, they deserve good air conditioners!! Love this place!

I've been going to this location actively for a little over 2 years. I honestly believe this is one of the best locations Dutch bros has to offer. The team they have whether it's day or night are always super awesome! Yes there are days when their lines are super long but that is to be expected on their sticker or any trinket/charm drop days! They have a system for the 2 separate lines and they do a great job keeping track making sure to communicate with eachother to get the lines moving.

I’ve been coming to this Dutch bros since it opened in late winter 2024 and I recently started going back and the workers are just very rude and not friendly at all. I’m not greeted or they speak with attitude. Even on Monday, I had a worker not even help me because she was distracted (at the window mind you) with someone who she had been previously been helping before me, even though he was already in his car. Not sure if it was her boyfriend or something. But yes overall, to me customer service needs to be consistent with an environment like dutch bros. I understand how customer service can be difficult, but it’s common decency to be nice and especially, if it’s your job and you’re getting PAID!!!

At this point, I'm fairly certain Dutch Bros should just start paying me dividends.
The stand that opened near my house about a year ago has become my second residence. I'm there often enough that if I disappear, my family should probably check Dutch Bros before filing a missing persons report.
The Broistas know my order before I finish pulling up, which is either excellent customer service or a sign that I have a caffeine problem. Either way, I appreciate it.
The real VIPs, though, are my dogs. "Pup cup" is basically a forbidden word in our house now because the second they hear it, they lose their minds and start demanding a trip to see their Dutch Bros friends. I'm pretty sure the staff gets more excited to see them than me, and honestly, I don't blame them.
No matter if it's raining, snowing, blazing hot, or Utah weather is having one of its identity crises, everyone is always friendly, upbeat, and ridiculously positive. The drinks are great, the service is even better, and they've somehow convinced me that buying coffee is a personality trait.
10/10. If Dutch Bros ever goes public again, I expect a shareholder discount.

First time visiting this location, in the drive thru I sat for 5 minutes before anyone came out to take orders. Person that took my order didn’t repeat it back resulting in my drink being made wrong. When I asked for it to be fixed the girl at the window was rude and said she’d have to charge me extra. Doesn’t make sense that I need to pay again when your staff messed up my order in the first place. Do better, in the 10 years I’ve been coming to Dutch I have never been so dissatisfied with staff interactions

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
