    Outstanding Customer Service from Candy! I just want to take a moment to recognize **Candy** for going above and beyond to help us. We had visited a different Dutch Bros location where our coffees were not made correctly, and we were honestly disappointed with the experience. When we spoke with Candy, she was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful. She listened to our situation and helped us get our coffees replaced without any hesitation. She made the entire situation easy and stress-free, and we truly appreciated how much she cared about making sure we left happy. Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Candy represents what great service should look like, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone like her on their team! Thank you, Candy, for taking care of us and going the extra mile! You’re awesome!

    Everytime I’ve gone to this location they make my drink wrong and I order the same thing every time. I have to drive to another location for them to make it correctly. I ask for a golden eagle with oat milk, extra sweet. They never use the right milk and they never make it extra sweet. This time they didn’t even put caramel in it. Unfortunately I guess I’ll have to continue driving out to the other location, they’ve never had a problem with it.

    Amazing service!! I am a veteran with service dogs and they have always gave phenomenal service and support for me and my dogs 🤘🏼Ashley and Amanda are very nice people

    My drink was made to perfection. The employees all were extremely polite! I asked some questions regarding the app and drink and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding! Eveytime I come here I get the BEST drinks and customer service, love them all. Whilst getting my drink I noticed that there was no cold air coming from inside the shop. If someone from higher management or owner is reading this please get your employees an air conditioner! It’s way too hot!! These employees work way too hard and are extremely kind, they deserve good air conditioners!! Love this place!
