I showed up after the 20 minutes and walked into a completely empty restaurant, except for two employees sitting there eating. No one had even started making my order. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my food. I understand restaurants get busy and orders can take longer than expected, but that clearly wasn’t the issue here. If the app is going to give customers a pickup time, you would expect the order to at least be started by the time they arrive.

When it came to the guacamole, this guy, barely looking, grabbed a tiny scoop and when I asked about it he said: ‘sorry, these are our portions!’ I’ve never gotten a portion of guacamole so tiny. I also asked for cilantro lime on the side and it was the first time ever I’ve received a cup filled less than halfway full. Honestly, I’ll never go back , he single handedly ruined my chipotle experience 😞💔
