  Tonight I placed a mobile order. As you could guess, made it all the way home before realizing we were missing a chunk of our order. I called and they were so nice on the phone. Pulled back up, they were super nice on the speaker too. They’ve always had good if not great customer service. I will admit, it’s common that my orders wrong/missing. But this experience changes my hopes that they’re improving :) **quick edit** Forgot to add; they also gave us some extra items and some coupons?! Not that it was anticipated but so generous! So yeah, so good!!

  You can at some store locations use a kiosk=low employment means new hires at Taco Bell earnings would be beneficial to the company, you don’t have to pay as many employees. Domino’s Pizza is cheaper to find a family meal than Taco Bell. Why is Taco Bell charging us for the same product it has consistently delivered throughout economic hardship…?

  Someone tell the tall dude in the drive thru to quit upselling EVERY FREAKING ITEM. It’s annoying and not getting him anywhere.

  I’m extremely disappointed with both the food and the customer service at this location. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap and a bean and cheese burrito fresco style, which is supposed to mean no dairy. This is not the first time, but once again, when we got home, both items were full of dairy—cheese sauce, sour cream, and jalapeño cream sauce. At that point, the food was completely inedible for me. I follow a vegan diet, so ordering fresco style is not a preference—it’s necessary. When dairy is added anyway, it means I can’t eat the food at all. I went back to have it corrected, and the experience only got worse. When I asked if anyone knew what fresco style meant, the manager responded in a very condescending way. He then went to explain it to the staff, who clearly had no idea what it meant in the first place. It’s frustrating enough that orders are consistently made wrong, but the lack of basic training and the rude, dismissive attitude from management made this even more disappointing. If you offer customization options like fresco style, your staff should know what it means and take it seriously—especially when it affects dietary needs. I won’t be returning to this location unless there are serious improvements.
