  The inside of the restaurant is way to small. Not very many seats available and the radio was so loud you couldn't hear the tickets being called even though the counter was 5 feet from any given seat.

  Took 40 minutes for them to get me my sandwich. No mention of a long wait. When my sandwich was finally ready the server mumbled it and set the sandwich out. Had no way to ask her if it was my sandwich since she was wearing ear buds, which is probably why she mumbled the orders. The whole reason I used to go to Jimmy Johns was the speed, their sandwiches aren't really impressive and if I can be served quicker at a sit down restaurant, I don't see why I would go here again.

  I came to get myself a sub, but when i walked in there were 2 managers basically screaming at this poor employee. It didnt seem to be work related at all i was willing to still possibly give you guys a chance but the managers were visibly frustrated with the smallest inconvenience of them having to stop yelling at this employee. I am truly disappointed that you think that it's okay to treat your employees like this. I didn't even try to order it was just a complete hostile environment. This happened on Monday the 27th of April

  Good food and usually friendly staff. Small floorspace with limited seating but otherwise comfortable atmosphere.

  If the Manager has time to see this, please get your crap together…… more than 20 minutes waiting for my sandwich. The order was wrong. The people were frustrated. Your staff needs new training.. soggy sandwich come on. You can do better than this. On on top of that, you need to cut the extra curb of concrete thats is in front of the drive-thru
