- AHAdam Hess3 days ago1.0Sat in line for 10 min while the girl at the window chatted. No body came out to get our orders, no apologies, just wasting my time. Avoid Sunday morning. Just when by again and she is still doing the same things!

He took a while to walk up to the window even though I was the only one in line because he was too busy talking about his girlfriend to his co-worker. What mostly bothered me is that I never even got a “thank you” even after leaving a tip. I wish I never went.

They always get my order right, when I do a pick up order they usually always bring it out to me while I'm in the drive thru. They have always been very personable, respectful and kind to converse with. I have gone to the Layton, Clinton, and Riverdale locations and this one is my favorite. 😊

I was charged $3.00 extra for no ice and another $1.50 for what they think “light ice is” (the cup was still full of ice more then halfway) and no one told me they were changing more for less ice. I go to Starbucks and scooters and other Dutch bros locations and never had this issue anywhere else beside the Clearfield location. I won’t be coming here again. Poor customer service

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
