- KBKate Bastian3 days ago5.0I have celiac disease, I come to any restaurant knowing what I can and can’t eat there. Because frankly it’s a rare disease and it’s important I prioritize my own safety. Before I order I always say I have celiac disease, a “gluten allergy”. Now for my experience at your restaurant… I walk up - identify my disease… Sammy immediately says let me change my gloves, I can swap out the serving spoons. I teared up, the kindness and thoughtfulness was sincere and instant. She then tells me what is safe for me to order. I was so touched. Kind, engaging and caring… Sammy is not only an amazing human but an incredible asset to your company. Thank you, Sammy! Food was good, service was excellent!

Wait for an extra 10 minutes after waiting in line for 10 minutes for steak extra steak but they forgot to cook the extra steak so I ended up not getting the extra steak which is probably good since it was mostly cold and undercooked. They ran out of the tomato and corn salsa (supposed to be open til 9). Which I wasn't happy about but the 2 ladies working didn't care whatsoever. The nerve of a customer at Chipotle wanting salsa! Also found a black hair in the side of chicken. Chipotle in general is good but this one just can't get its act together. I guess that's why their rating has consistently stayed low.
