Not too crowded, and the staff is really nice and thoughtful The food was ready extremely fast and it was hot and fresh. The toppings for my spicy chicken were clean and fresh, and the fries and chicken were pleasantly warm and crispy. Their chicken always tastes real and fresh, which I suppose is why it's always so crowded. But late afternoon was a very pleasant experience.
- JVJackie vak2 days ago1.0Hello ! Yesterday evening around 6:00 PM, I visited Chick-fil-A with my elderly father, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I want to be clear that the young employees assisting customers were doing a great job. In fact, the employee who helped me was polite, attentive, and clearly working very hard. My concern is specifically with the behavior of the managers. There was a long line of customers waiting to place their orders, yet I could see multiple older managers standing around talking among themselves instead of stepping in to help or even acknowledge the growing line. One manager in particular, wearing a light blue shirt with her hair in a high bun, stood out to me because she appeared completely disengaged from what was happening around her. What was especially frustrating was watching the younger employees look stressed and overwhelmed while the managers stood nearby chatting. As a customer, I expect managers to lead by example, especially during a busy period. They should be supporting their team, helping manage the line, and making sure customers are being taken care of not standing around having conversations while their employees struggle to keep up. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with excellent customer service and strong leadership, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The employees deserve managers who support them, and customers deserve to feel that their time and business are valued. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation. My complaint is not about the employees working hard on the front line it is about the lack of leadership and professionalism I witnessed from the managers.

I honestly hope Chick-fil-A keeps this on the menu because it’s one of the best things they’ve come out with in a long time. The pretzel bun is soft with just the right amount of salt, and it goes really well with the chicken. It doesn’t overpower everything else—it just makes the whole sandwich better. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell it was made right. I’ve always liked Chick-fil-A, but this sandwich is probably my new favorite thing on the menu. I’ve already gone back for it more than once, and I’ll definitely keep ordering it as long as it’s available. If you’re on the fence about trying it, do yourself a favor and get one. I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up becoming a permanent menu item because it’s that good.
