  I went to the drive through. I was the only one there. I saw that there was a 2 for $7 deal on the roast beef sandwiches and ordered 4. I got 1 sandwich priced for over $5. The fries were fine, but I didn’t even get the sandwiches I asked for and I paid way too much for the one I did get! There was only one worker that I could see, he moved at the slowest pace (I was the only customer) and he didn’t wear gloves!!!!! YIKES

  Super Slow! The food was fine, it's the same Arby's menu you get everywhere, but the service at this location was frustrating. It took the cashier at the counter about 2-3 minutes to even acknowledge us to take our order, then the meals (for 2 adults and 3 kids) took 30+ minutes to get out to us. If they had been busy I'd understand, but the place was nearly empty. I saw one car go through the drive through and there was one other order group of 3 waiting ahead of us, that is it. No one had their food delivered quickly or efficiently, the workers here just don't seem to have a second gear. On top of all of that, they got our order wrong... Just frustrating. They did apologize for the wait and tried to offer us a free shake for our time, but we didn't want to wait around for it. Overall, would not recommend.

  The food quality was what you would expect from an Arby's, and the service was super fast.

  I don’t know her name but the lady working the drive thru window on Sunday June 7th at 6:58pm was seriously the sweetest friendliest gal ever. She literally made my day. That girl deserves a raise.

  This service was disappointing… While my perky niece enjoyed her apple juice and… played paper bag… our order, and while it was no problem to get annoyed and obviously too much work to count us as “not ordering”. This wouldn’t be a problem if our food wasn’t messed up! I missed a tender… instead of curling up we wrinkled up… I deserve better as a hungry and frustrated customer. I was more interested in Karl’s Jomiori. Mike.
