  Been here 3 or 4 times. Everytime has been a bad experience with service. The last time a couple of weeks ago I thought I'd try one more time because I had a buy one sandwich one free card. All other arbys accepted it from syracuse to american fork. They did not accept. This Arby's is a poor excuse for one and needs a new management. Check out yelp. Its legit with a 1.8 star rating.

  While the food was ok, the service was terrible. Literally 2 cars in the parking lot which i assume were the employees and no one in drive thru. And yet the male employee w tattoos and glasses was rude and acted beyond annoyed to hand me my order. Even on the speaker you could tell how annoyed he was. Complete with eye roll when handing me my food And closing window on me quickly. Get a different job cause service industry isn’t for you. I won’t be back to this location.

  I went to the drive through. I was the only one there. I saw that there was a 2 for $7 deal on the roast beef sandwiches and ordered 4. I got 1 sandwich priced for over $5. The fries were fine, but I didn’t even get the sandwiches I asked for and I paid way too much for the one I did get! There was only one worker that I could see, he moved at the slowest pace (I was the only customer) and he didn’t wear gloves!!!!! YIKES

  Super Slow! The food was fine, it's the same Arby's menu you get everywhere, but the service at this location was frustrating. It took the cashier at the counter about 2-3 minutes to even acknowledge us to take our order, then the meals (for 2 adults and 3 kids) took 30+ minutes to get out to us. If they had been busy I'd understand, but the place was nearly empty. I saw one car go through the drive through and there was one other order group of 3 waiting ahead of us, that is it. No one had their food delivered quickly or efficiently, the workers here just don't seem to have a second gear. On top of all of that, they got our order wrong... Just frustrating. They did apologize for the wait and tried to offer us a free shake for our time, but we didn't want to wait around for it. Overall, would not recommend.
