  I don’t expect exceptional service at a fast-food restaurant, but I do expect basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The restaurant was busy, and I missed my order being called. When I calmly asked an employee if something had happened with it, he told me I should have paid more attention and said he wouldn’t remake it—even though I hadn’t asked for that. I later found my bag behind the cookie display and went back just to let him know. Before I could explain, he spoke to me in a hostile tone and told me that he still wouldn't remake it and then as i tried explaining what i wanted to say he told me loudly to “walk away” and “step away.” I understand places get busy, but it’s reasonable to expect staff to listen and respond respectfully. This interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational.

  Every time I go to this McDonald’s in Cedar Hills and get a frappe it tastes disgusting. I am sure it is because they don’t clean the frappe machine like they should. That is so gross to me and I drive all the way to Lehi and I live right near the cedar hills one. It is unsanitary to not clean it everyday for the customers. So please please start cleaning your machines!!!!!! Also, I gave them another try a week later just to see if they cleaned the machine. Well no surprise it tasted even worse!! I don't understand why you don't clean your machines that is disgusting!!!

  Bad Guest service, and the food wasn't fresh, I was going to ask for a fork and instead was ignored for like 10 minutes then when the person came to help me they gave me a mean service and then i asked for 2 more forks and then he ignored me so another employee had to help me
