  Would love to talk to a manager. Been here before and food is good. Tiny wings as usual, not as advertised. One thing for certain is you will always get super freaking salty fries. Two employees have zero accommodating customer service skills. I ended up leaving with no food after fighting for a refund and wasted over an hour of my night. 0/10. Choosing the right employees matter. I tried using a starving student coupon, 5 free wings with any purchase. They told me it's only for online orders. This is not true, I have used it here before and the fine details of the coupon mentioned nothing of such. So we waited 20+ minutes got the food went and got a soda headed home. Got home and opened the bag to 5 missing wings and no seasoned fries. The fries we did receive were not cooked to yummy crisp and were so salty to where your mouth burned. I said babe I'm going back to get a refund because lord forbid I demand good service for $30 for tiny wings and wretched fries. Anyways I don't want to keep going anymore. Just please please try and set a tone from management. There were 5 people just making wings and fries. I'm just mad that anytime I choose to overpay for the experience it's not fun. Chains are getting ruined anymore with private equity buying them up. I'm mad! I should not have had to fight for a refund like it did. What are you paying them? They acted like they don't get paid to give 1 crap. Walked away from me several times and I would argue that I was very cordial.

  We ordered 25 wings and a large fry and they didnt season the fries after we asked them 4 times while ordering. They gave us 20 wings instead of 25. When we went back to deal with the fries and get our missing wings the cashier ignored us and walked away. We had to get a manager on tbe phone and I had to get a refund and left without any food and not even a full refund. Do not recommend this food when theres amazing food at Johnny macs and other places in town.

  Ok so I came in for the first time ever and I asked daisy for help to suggest what to order and she was exceptionally helpful and friendly and then I was offered 5 “free” bone less wings if I ordered over the app and then I asked Omega and Darren for help and even with there expertise I still couldn’t get my five wings I had to spend five dollars in the app as well as when I paid in store very disappointing on the Business side of it, but The customer service was amazing

  slightly disappointed by getting cold fries in a small portion (not even full coverage on the bottom id say maybe 30 fries) and getting 8 slices of carrots, also the hot honey rub should be in the not spicy section of the menu, very nice workers just kind of skimpy today

  My family stopped by for lunch and everything was SO good. We were greeted immediately, the food came out quick, everything was delicious, the staff was amazing, professional and the place was clean. Also had some great music on! Definitely glad we came in today
