  Pizza arrived 30 minutes later than was stated when I ordered it, and arrived with basically no cheese! $50 for a pizza and bread stick and they have the nerve to skimp on cheese too? Better off with any other pizza joint , that's my opinion

  Absolutely avoid if you can. Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to avoid accountability for delivery. Our pizzas were left outside for 20 minutes with no indication that the pizza was delivered. Pizza Hut says it’s a DoorDash problem, DoorDash says it’s a Pizza Hut problem. No accountability anywhere and the customer suffers. I will take my business to anywhere else in town.

  What a waste of time we're going to pizza factory. Wasted 20 minutes of my time on the phone with a country that doesn't even know where I'm at then finally got transferred to the store and waited another 15 min hearing the phone ring.

  We have been to this location since they opened, and I get the pan crust for an extra $1 and whoever has been making the pizza the last couple months have been doing an exceptional job! Tastes just how Pizza Hut should, and we have been coming more frequently than usual. Now if only they would go back to purple onions instead of white 🥲.
