  I ordered a Big Mac meal, the wife had Cheese Burger meal. My burger was very cold and must have been seating for quite sometime, the bun was dry all the way around, fries were cold also. Also put in an order for just a little sugar in the ice tea but tasted like sugar water. No one at the no counter for service. The wife's order came with one cheeseburger with ketchup that she ordered, the other burger came with everything on it. Also the burgers were cold and fries were cold. Our order was a to go order so we didn't know the trouble with the order until it was to late. Also the kihosh we ordered the meal from did not give a receipt. Very disappointed with no personal service and food quality.

  If I could give this restaurant a negative star I would. I ordered online two coffees. I was there within five minutes of ordering. I then waited 40 minutes trying to get someone's attention. When I finally did they said they had called my name before I even got there. They dont have coffee today. I cannot cancel my order or get my money back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

  Maybe my worst McDonalds experience. Ordered ahead online. No line at drive-thru when arriving, only customer. 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a crispy chicken sandwich combo. The positives: The fries were hot and fresh. The diet coke was great, as usual at McDonalds. The person who gave us our order had a great smile and personality. The negatives: Waited 30 minutes to receive the order. Way too long for a simple order, and not sure why because it was not because they were preparing the food fresh. Other than the fries, everything else seemed like it was day old food. The buns were dried out. The burger patties were also extremely dry. The crispy chicken was dry, hard and very rubbery. All three of as took a bite or two and had to throw it away. It was not edible. I do not understand how the food was so bad. Are they preparing the burger patties and chicken way ahead of time and leaving in a warming tray. The evidence seems to suggest this. I visit this area a few times a year and am a regular McDonalds customer every where I go. To serve badly prepared food this slowly is not typical of or up to what is the normal great McDonalds service.

  I work in retail customer service so I am completely understanding when my transactions go crazy, but I do expect honesty and apologies when it happens. I placed my order in the drive thru, was asked at the speaker to repeat the whole order, no reason, no apology, got to first window, paid. Got to second window and was asked if 4 different orders were mine, they were not, I read my order back again, they asked me to park. There was no parking in drive-thru waiting so I pulled around to the front of the store and let them know I was there waiting in curbside. A guy came out and took my order again on a piece of paper. Still no apology or excuse or anything from anyone. After 45 minutes to an hour I went back inside and asked for a refund, I asked what happened to my order and they said it got pushed to the bottom of the screen and she doesn't know why. I never received food or an apology from anyone at this store. Obviously I won't be back. But I'm sure they don't care, just like they didn't care when I was actually at the store. Thank you for nothing mcdonalds.

  We went to get breakfast this morning (5/2/26) we got to the store at around 10:05. We were asked what we wanted in the drive thru, so we said our order and the lady on the headset doesnt respond, then comes back over the speaker and asks us to repeat the WHOLE order, not even saying sorry or anything. We pull up to pay and pay for our order, then at the 2nd window they had lost our order and told us to pull around by the door, but all the spots were full so we pulled around to curbside and I went inside to tell them we were in curbside spot #1. The lady who helped me at the counter comes back out and asks what our order was, then we wait 5 more minutes and a guy comes out and writes our order down and says we will get our food. We waited 15-20 minutes before going back in and getting a refund. The manager Capri, didnt apologize or anything, didnt offer to make the mistake right by prioritizing us, and just said here's your money back. We waited almost an hour for our food, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and we never got an apology or a sorry or anything. We will NEVER return to this McDonald's.
